But that isn’t stopping General Hospital’s TJ Ashford from proposing to his girlfriend, Molly. Here’s what you need to know.

It’s no secret that Molly and TJ have always been in love and that they’ve gone through a lot ever since they first met as high school sweethearts almost a decade ago. And now General Hospital spoilers tease that the aspiring doctor is looking to ask Molly the all important question. But here’s the thing: both of their families – as supportive as they are – think that these two young adults show sew some wild oats before settling down, so to speak. In other words, they think that there’s plenty of time before anyone should think about getting married. But not according to Molly and TJ. They know in their hearts that now is the right time for them.

Speaking to Soaps in Depth in a new interview, actress Haley Pullos, who plays Molly on the hit ABC soap, put it this way, “I don’t think there is anything wrong with marrying your first love and spending the rest of your life with the person that you have already spent a lot of your life with. It’ just takes a lot of commitment – which they clearly seem to have to each other.”

So, does this mean that we will be hearing wedding bells in Port Charles in the near future? Perhaps.
