General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, June 20 promise another exciting episode full of drama for the viewers as new facts surface and other facts stay hidden waiting to be revealed! First, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) is upset over something in her past as she pours out her heart to her good friend Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).

On Wednesday’s episode, Michael had wanted to check out something with Willow before Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) pursued more investigation into the suspicious death of a Douglas Miller at the Beecher’s Corners Dawn of Day. Michael confirmed his suspicions with Willow that Douglas Miller had been her father, but she is blaming herself for her death; she confesses to Michael that she was forced to choose between her father and Dawn of Day!

GH Spoilers– Diane And Alexis Chat About Wiley Case

Next, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) has a meeting with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) more than likely about the Wiley Cooper-Jones (Eric and Theodore) case. She wants to know if Alexis had done any digging, likely into Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin).

Meanwhile, at General Hospital, it looks like Dr. Kevin Collins’ (Jon Lindstrom) the first patient after having his privileges reinstated is another psychiatrist, Dr. Neil Byrne (Joe Flanigan)! Neil admits to Kevin he’s having problems because he’s developing feelings for a patient; is Neil seeing Kevin as a patient or trying to give him a referral?

Elsewhere at GH, Drew Cain (Billy Miller) is talking to his good friend and former foster brother Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) and telling him his baby mama Dr. Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) isn’t doing too well. The two were probably catching up after Drew and Kim went to Mount Kilimanjaro to scatter their late son Oscar Nero Quartermaine’s (Garren Lake Stitt) ashes.

General Hospital Spoilers– Kim’s Reeling After Julian Reject Her Baby Plan

Meanwhile, Kim is talking to Franco’s wife Liz Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) about Julian Jerome’s (William DeVry) turning her down about making a new baby with her. As General Hospital viewers know, it’s not like Julian said never, he just didn’t think it was a good time for Kim to have another baby emotionally!

At the Port Charles Police Department, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has come after Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) called him. He confirms he knows Dev (Ashton Arbab), who is in the interrogation room, and is just a tad annoyed when he demands to know why he’s there!

Meanwhile, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is still back in the Corinthos kitchen with Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and trying to convince her why he needs to go to the Beecher’s Corners Dawn of Day, and tells her if there’s evidence there against Shiloh they need to get their hands on it!
