General Hospital spoilers tease that District Attorney Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) will discover the truth in an upcoming episode of General Hospital!

General Hospital Spoilers – Robert Scorpio May Discover The Truth About Nikolas Cassadine

While as District Attorney, Robert now mainly focuses on his prosecuting of criminal cases and keeping a prosecutorial eye as well as a personal one on Peter August (Wes Ramsey), who he will also clash with, General Hospital viewers will recall that even after the WSB put him out to pasture and forced him to retire from being a field agent, apparently he still has contacts within the WSB who keep him apprised of cases that may affect his jurisdiction. For instance, he spoke of surveillance video of Cassandra Pierce (Jessica Tuck) in Europe being accompanied by an unknown man, and all of a sudden, now that Cassandra is in Pentonville, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) is in Port Charles!

General Hospital viewers know that Nikolas and Cassandra have some type of connection because he was the one who intercepted her between the Canadian clinic that Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) was lured to by Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) kidnapping, where Finn brought Cassandra out of the coma, and the WSB facility where she was supposed to be headed! Robert may discover the truth about Nikolas and Cassandra’s connection and that he obviously faked his death! It makes perfect sense that the unknown man on the surveillance video was Nikolas!

GH Spoilers – Robert Scorpio Doesn’t Trust Cassadines – Any Cassadines!

It is worth noting that Robert doesn’t trust Cassadines – any Cassadines, with the possible exceptions of Spencer Cassadine (Nicolas Bechtel) and Charlotte Cassadine, (Scarlett Fernandez) since they obviously are children; Cassadine children, but children nonetheless. He would do well to keep an eye on that Spencer, though – he’s already hacked a polling place so his grandma would win the mayoral election, broke into his father’s safe to get a ring to give to Emma Scorpio-Drake (Brooklyn Rae Selzer) and committed obstruction of justice to keep his father’s faking his death a secret the first time he tried to fake his death, and probably has this last time as well!

It doesn’t matter that Nikolas is his good friend of many years Laura Collins’ (Genie Francis) son – he knows that Nikolas was conceived while Laura was a prisoner of the Cassadines in Greece many years ago! The kidnapping of Laura is probably one main reason he doesn’t trust Cassadines! He will remember when Mikkos Cassadine (John Colicos) tried to freeze the world with the Ice Princess diamond, he was working the case and that’s how he and Luke Spencer (Tony Geary) and Laura got acquainted – and another main reason he doesn’t trust Cassadines!

General Hospital Spoilers – What Could The Connection Between Nikolas Cassadine And Cassandra Pierce Be?

Fans who don’t like Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and don’t trust him would come to the conclusion that Nikolas and Cassandra are working together to take Valentin down and that Nikolas is the rightful Cassadine heir which is why he would be working with Jasper Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) and Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig), who he may actually still be legally married to since his death declaration would be made null and void with his being revealed alive, to find Mikkos’ codicil to his will.

But it makes no sense for Nikolas to intercept her on the way to a WSB facility for a purpose of working with her to take Valentin down and remain a fugitive on the run with her! He could be charged with obstruction of justice! And this may be what Robert discovers and he may try to intercept Nikolas because of it!
