General Hospital (GH) recap for Tuesday, March 19, 2019, reveals Alex Marick (Finola Hughes) has a cup of tea; she hopes Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) brought it to her but assumes Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) did.
General Hospital Spoilers: Alex Marick Makes Demands
Alex wants her sight because but Anna tells her no surgery until she gives up information. Alex says she feels for Anna; it must have been quite unnerving to realize Dr. Cabot did this to her. Anna demands Alex tell the truth about the memory transfer. Alex says she loves Anna but doesn’t trust her. Alex wants to walk away free from prosecution if she helps Anna. Alex promises to give up the memories but asks Anna why it is so important. Anna wants to know because she’s done a lot of things she regrets and doesn’t want to carry Alex’s regrets too.
GH Spoilers: Cameron Webber Asks For Advice
General Hospital’s Cameron Webber (William Lipton) and Jocelyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) are visiting with Oscar Nero (Garren Stitt). Jocelyn gets and an invitation to Duke University for a volleyball tournament. Oscar wants to make a road trip, but it’s not until August. Jocelyn pretends to have to check with Carly about it before making plans. Cameron asks Jocelyn and Oscar what he should do about Franco.
General Hospital Spoilers: Terry Randolph Has Bad News
General Hospital’s Julian Jerome (William DeVry) arrives and brings coffee to Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) who is with Drew Cain (Billy Miller) and Terry Randolph (Cassandra James). Julian gives Drew coffee too, and Drew goes to check on Franco. Kim promises to call Drew if the tests results come back. Terry comes into Oscar’s room and tells them the tumor has grown. Kim tries to rationalize. Drew asks about the seizures; Terry says they could be more severe.

Terry tells Oscar he has a month to six weeks to lives. Jocelyn squeezes Oscar’s hand while Kim hugs him. Oscar asks for a moment alone with his mom. Oscar wants to thank Kim for being his mom and for everything she has taught him. Oscar says everything I am is because of you, Kim disagrees. Kim tells Oscar she loves him and his proud of him. Kim wishes she could take credit for all the good parts of Oscar, but that is all him. Oscar tells Kim he’s scared, she is too, and they hug. Oscar tells Kim he doesn’t want to leave her.

GH Spoilers: Franco Baldwin Promises To Win Cameron Webber’s Trust
General Hospital’s Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) gets released from the hospital. Franco questions if he is going home or to a hotel. Liz Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) says the knowledge that Franco was doing the right thing doesn’t change how this episode made them feel. Liz says she needs to put her boys first. Franco says he will be waiting when Liz is ready for them to be together. Drew gives Franco coffee and asks how he’s doing. Franco tells Drew he doesn’t know where he is going when he leaves. Drew assumes that Franco is going home with Liz.
Elizabeth is still struggling with Franco's (secretive) part in Jordan's plan to lure Ryan Chamberlain into the open.

Cameron brings Franco a gift from Jake and Aiden. Franco thanks him for bringing it even though he didn’t want to do it. Drew talks to Liz about her relationship with him and with Franco. Drew tells Liz she can trust her instincts to love Franco and for her kids to love him. Franco asks Cameron how he’s doing with this. Franco vows to prove himself to Cameron just like he did Jake Webber and Aiden Spencer (Jason David). Liz comes in, and Franco shows her his gift from Jake and Aiden. Liz tells Franco they see him as their stepfather. Liz can’t rip Franco away from the boys or herself. Franco asks Liz what happens now. Franco says there are storms, and he can’t promise there won’t be another one, but he will never intentionally hurt her. Liz asks Franco to come home.
General Hospital Ava Jerome Breaks Down With Carly Corinthos
General Hospital’s Ava Jerome (Maura West) arrives at Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) house drunk and demands to see Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola). Carly tells Ava that Avery is at the Quartermaine’s with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). Ava starts to leave to go there, Carly tells her there is no way. Carly tells Ava she’s not playing her game. Carly tells Ava she wants someone to punish her because she alienated Kiki and treated her like crap.
Confrontation leads to compromise today. Has their shared trauma pushed Carly and Ava closer to an unlikely truce? #GH55

Ava says you forgot that I slept with her killer. Carly says she wasn’t going to go there. Carly tells Ava she can pull herself out of this instead of taking Avery down with her. Carly asks Ava if she wants to be someone that Avery needs protection from because this can’t be the life she wanted. Ava tells Carly she doesn’t know what to do or how to deal with it and begs Carly to tell her what to do.
Carly gives Ava the phone and tells her to call someone to get her. Ava calls Julian, and he agrees to pick her up. Julian arrives and asks Carly how bad it is. Carly tells Julian that Ava is asleep and he goes to her. Ava greets Julian and says that Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) knew her, but she didn’t know him at all. Ava and Julian start to leave, Carly tells her to pull herself together, and she might not use this against her.
GH Sonny Corinthos Offers Dante Falconeri Advice
General Hospital’s Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) tells Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) that Raj (Noshir Dalal) will kill him. Sonny tells Dante to kill him first, Dante is confused, Sonny says trust me. Sonny tells Dante about the baby Carly is carrying, Dante is shocked but pleased. Dante tells Sonny he has been undercover before, but it’s nothing like the things he has seen and done here. Sonny tells Dante he has to put all of that behind him and not put it on his family. Dante tells Sonny he hopes he can do that. Sonny tells Dante he is one of the strongest people he knows. Sonny says everything will be ok, but if they are going to pull this off, Dante can’t be found there. Sonny tells Dante he loves him and Dante leaves.
