Finn pours the Vodka into a pan and tells Alexis to wash her feet in it. Finn wants to know what Alexis is running from; she declines to tell him. Alexis finally tells Finn that she dreamed about Julian (William DeVry). Alexis doesn’t want the man Julian is now; she wants the bad Julian the man she married. Alexis says she does everything she is supposed to, goes to meetings, etc. Alexis wants the bad Julian because he makes her feel normal. Finn leaves after calming down Alexis and takes the bottle with him.
General Hospital’s Franco (Roger Howarth) puts Liz’s (Rebecca Herbst) ring back on her and apologizes. Franco hopes his apology is enough, Liz says it isn’t. Liz is trying to put herself in Franco’s position. Liz is upset that Franco lied to her, Franco tries to explain that Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) was going to use him whether he agreed or not. Liz cannot expect Franco to keep a promise about not lying to her again. Liz tells Franco this has taken a toll on the boys.
Franco says he can explain this, Liz doesn’t know if she wants him to. Liz tells Franco everything that happened in his absence. Liz tells Franco that he could have told her no matter what anyone says. Franco asks Liz if she is calling it quits, Liz says she may have to for the kids. Franco says this is about Kiki (ex-Haley Erin), Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) killed her and Kiki would have wanted him to do this.

General Hospital’s Jordan is working, Curtis (Donnell Turner) wants her to stop. Jordan reminds Curtis that she is the police commissioner and can live a normal life on dialysis. Jordan says Ryan escaped on her watch and she will not rest until Ryan’s arrest. Stella (Vernee Watson) and T.J. (Tajh Bellows) join Curtis and Jordan. Curtis and T.J. have both got tested for a kidney donor. Stella informs Jordan she was tested as well. Stella and Jordan talk about how lucky Jordan is to have them both.
Jordan asks Liz how Franco is, Liz berates Jordan and calls her a bully. Liz talks about trust and how hard it is to learn back with a child. Jordan tells Liz she should make better choices in men to have around her kids instead of a reformed serial killer. Liz goes back to check on Franco how has fallen asleep with a picture of the two of them with Aiden on his phone.
General Hospital’s Curtis and T.J. step outside to talk. T.J. tells Curtis when he sees his mom in that bed he feels like a six-year-old begging for his mother to be ok. Curtis assures T.J. that Jordan will be ok. Curtis, Jordan, and Stella plan to go to Kelly’s to pick up food, but he sends them alone to spend time with Jordan. Jordan tells Curtis about her run-in with Elizabeth. Curtis says Franco was the most obvious suspect.
General Hospital’s Jason (Steve Burton) catches Ava (Maura West) when Ryan tries to take her off the bridge. Jason pulls Ava up onto the bridge, and Ava asked what happened. Ava screams for Kevin (Jon Lindstrom), although Laura told her it was Ryan. Laura tells Jason she will handle the cops and sends him to find Carly. The police tell Laura that Ryan is probably dead. Ava argues with Laura that she was with Kevin. Laura tells Ava that Ryan was a patient at Ferncliff and overpowered Kevin.
Ryan and Kevin switched places. Ava says this explains everything. Ava thinks she can tell when Kevin and Ryan changed positions almost to the minute. Laura tells Ava there is more that she doesn’t understand. Ava knows that Kevin couldn’t put Carly in that trunk, that is all that matters. Laura asks Ava when Kevin and Ryan changed places; Ava thinks it was this morning. Laura tells Ava it was months about, Laura says you were never with Kevin.
Ava doesn’t believe Laura when she tells her she was never with Kevin and demands to see him at the hospital. Laura tells Ava that Ryan has had Kevin locked up since August before she came home. Laura tells Ava that Ryan fooled her too. Laura offers to help Ava get back to Port Charles so she can talk to Ava. Ava finally realizes that she has been sleeping with a serial killer. Ava finally realizes that she was sleeping with her daughter’s killer.
General Hospital’s Jason calls Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) for help with Carly’s rescue. Jason has Spinelli checking for a place where Ryan would have dropped Carly’s body. Meanwhile, Carly tries to climb out of the ravine but falls before reaching the top. Carly sits up obviously in pain and wonders how she is supposed to do this again. Carly makes it back to the top of the ravine and reaches for a way to pull herself out, Jason grabs her hand and says I’ve got you. Jason pulls Carly up, and she asks how he found her. Jason tells Carly he will always find her.
General Hospital’s Robert (Tristan Rogers) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) try to figure out why Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) would be useful as a hostage. Robert asks Sonny if they could be after him and are using Dante to get to him. Robert says the bureau has been after Raj for some time. Sonny suggests that Raj played Robert and had him to call in the best man for the job. Sonny wants to find Dante, and Robert warns Sonny that going rogue could get Dante killed. Robert comes back to get Sonny, and he’s has gone.
