General Hospital Spoilers: Nina And Maxie Come Up With A Plan! Will Jax Approve?

General Hospital spoilers tease that Nina Reeves (Michelle Stafford) and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will come up with a plan in Friday’s General Hospital that they think will get the Crimson budget tweaked to Jasper Jacks’ (Ingo Rademacher) tight specifications plus be able to move forward with Nina’s wedding as planned.

Of course, whether Jax approves their plan or not remains to be seen! Nina is not happy with this turn of events, because Crimson has been making a profit since she has had the magazine, and Jax is more interested in hard copy sales and doesn’t seem to take the income from the digital version into account. She sees no reason to “fix something that wasn’t broke!”

Jax wants the magazine to be run as a tighter ship, with less cost of doing business and more profit, and while Nina doesn’t mind the more profit part, it seems more like the profit will go in his pocket instead of being spread out for raises and the like for Nina herself, Maxie, and any other employees.

General Hospital Spoilers: Valentin Cassadine Is Resentful Of A New Boss

Then there is the complication of knowing that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is resentful of the new boss taking so much hands-on time with the business and Nina’s being forced to put personal time and life aside to keep up with Jax’s demands. Valentin even talked to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) about trying to work with him to get Jax to move back to Australia or worse!

Nina has been her own boss, and successfully, for quite some time now and already her spark of attraction to handsome Jax has started to die down in response to his work demands, as some General Hospital viewers have noticed.

Nina is not about to give up her autonomy nor her personal life to put profit in Jax’s pocket, and General Hospital viewers can likely expect sparks of a different type to start showing up between the two of them, possibly with Valentin and Maxie in the mix as well; Peter August (Wes Ramsey) may even put his two cents in!
