For months, Alexis and Neil (Joe Flannigan) have danced around each other but once she recovers, they will likely decide to throw caution to the wind, and become a couple. But not everyone will be happy about the new couple.

Julian Jerome (William DeVry) will see Alexis’ near death as an opportunity. His relationship with Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) ended on bad terns, and now she is leaving town, leaving no chance for a reconciliation. But it’s Alexis who had his heart first and once she is well again, Julian will likely realize that he wants her back. But that relationship has been toxic for both of them, and they both moved on.
