‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Monica Gives Drew Heartbreaking Update On Oscar

General Hospital spoilers tease that Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) will soon be giving an update on Oscar Nero’s (Garren Lake Stitt) condition to his father, Drew Cain (Billy Miller). Sadly, it is doubtful that there will have been any improvement. Oscar may not even wake up before he dies.

General Hospital viewers are rooting for him too, but nonetheless, it may not happen. Drew may not like what Monica will tell him, and neither will viewers. But the truth has to be told, and giving loved ones false hope would be even worse.

It would have been better if Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) had told Drew about their son’s brain tumor a little sooner, than when he started having seizures. But maybe she didn’t think he would have so little time.

General Hospital Spoilers – Drew Cain Had To Learn To Live His Life All Over Again

Oscar and Kim came to town right after Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) reappeared. Drew had to learn to live his life all over again as a man he didn’t even remember being. Drew has gone through a lot of trauma for one guy in the last year and a half or so, and the situation with Oscar sure doesn’t help.

But Drew and GH viewers know that his life isn’t nearly as sad as Oscar’s. At least he can be reasonably sure he will outlive his son. No parent should have to outlive a child, but he won’t be the only one in Port Charles who does.

Of course there’s Oscar’s mother, Kim, there’s Sonny and Carly Corinthos (Maurice Benard, Laura Wright), there’s Monica herself, there’s Laura Webber (Genie Francis), Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner), Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Smith), and more recently, Ava Jerome (Maura West).

General Hospital Spoilers – Sad Event Ahead For All Port Charles Residents

No wonder Port Charles has a support group for parents whose children have died. Mac and Felicia Jones (John J. York, Kristina Wagner) have also lost a child, as has Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen).

Although Michael doesn’t know his child is alive and Willow doesn’t know hers is dead. Oscar’s death will be a sad event in many Port Charles resident’s lives, as well as General Hospital fans.
