General Hospital Spoilers: Maxie Struggles With Her Feelings – Peter or Chet?

General Hospital spoilers tease that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) is struggling with her feelings. Could Lulu Falconeri’s (Emme Rylan) teasing her about her old high school crush Chet Driscoll (Chris Van Etten) and her having feelings for him have gotten to her, and got her to thinking that maybe she does have some feelings for him, and that confuses her about her relationship with Peter August (Wes Ramsey)?

When she and Peter “completed their mission” of finding out if Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) was really Nina Reeves’ (Michelle Stafford) daughter, she inexplicably gave Peter the boot, it would seem, but then later showed up at the Falconeri house to cry on Lulu Falconeri’s (Emme Rylan) shoulder.

General Hospital Spoilers – Maxie’s Feelings For Peter August Are Obvious

As General Hospital viewers can tell, Maxie does have feelings for Peter, but for whatever reason she can’t seem to move forward with him. Peter obviously has feelings for her, he looked very hurt when Maxie just said “see you around” to him when he was fishing for a more definite answer as to whether they would continue to see each other!

Perhaps he just should have phrased his question in a less negative way besides stating he assumed they were done seeing each other now that their DNA project was completed! No woman would have known how to answer that awkwardly phrased question!

Perhaps after Lulu is done telling her bestie about her own relationship crisis and is calmed down a little bit, then it will be Maxie’s turn to talk to Lulu. Maxie will need to search her own heart for the answers, but Lulu might suggest some places to start.

Then again, it may not be attractions to Chet that are the problem; it may be she isn’t sure if she is ready to move on to anything serious yet because she’s still grieving for her late husband Nathan West (Ryan Paevey), even if she does feel that he would be okay with her moving on.
