General Hospital spoilers tease that Dr. Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) could have some of his psychotic twin Ryan Chamberlain’s memories. Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) has discovered that she has some of her twin Alex Marick’s memories, as a result of the memory transfer experiments done on them all by Dr. Arthur Cabot (Time Winters). Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery) verified that to Anna and Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) on the Thursday, March 14th episode of General Hospital.
Anna and Alex were the first set of twins in the study, while Kevin and Ryan were the second set. There is General Hospital history from the mid-1990s that may support Kevin having received some of Ryan’s memories. Even though Dr. Cabot claimed none of the memory transfers were successful at that time, evidence to the contrary seems to exist in both Anna and Alex’s and Kevin and Ryan’s cases.
Longtime ABC soap viewers who recall when Finola Hughes “migrated” from General Hospital to the now-defunct soap All My Children will remember the storyline when Alex Marick was brainwashed to not only believe she was her sister Anna, who at the time she didn’t realize existed, but also to kill her.
Laura still has questions about Ryan's return to Port Charles. When, exactly, did Kevin know his brother was still alive? #GH55

General Hospital Spoilers – Could Both Twins Have Each Other’s Memories?
This was done by a spy organization who suspiciously sounds like General Hospital’s DVX, and in a brainwashing, facility disguised as a mental hospital. Alex didn’t have the heart to murder her sister and instead nursed her back to health. If General Hospital writers include Anna and Alex’s history there, then it’s possible both twins have some of each other’s memories.

General Hospital viewers who watched the show in the 1990s will recall the original storylines with Ryan and Kevin. Not too long after Ryan’s supposed death in the funhouse, Kevin had what was then diagnosed as a psychotic break, when he thought he was Ryan, and stalked Felicia Scorpio, (Kristina Wagner) and kidnapped her.
Many mentions have been made of this during the time that Ryan impersonated his brother, before it was discovered that he was alive. People just assumed Kevin had another similar psychotic break.
General Hospital Spoilers – Is Kevin Confused About His Identity?
However, with what we know now, this could have been evidence of Kevin having some of Ryan’s memories rather than a psychotic break, and just not knowing how to respond to the memories.
It’s understandable that having someone else’s memories could confuse a person about their own identity a bit! Will GH take this route, and explain Kevin’s past “breakdown” as having some of Ryan’s memories?
