New General Hospital spoilers tease there’s a very good chance that Willow Tate (Katelyn MacMullen) might actually be Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) real daughter. Katelynn MacMullen, who plays Willow on the hit ABC soap, told Soaps in Depth in an interview, “When Sasha first agreed to pretend to be Nina’s child, she didn’t really understand how big this was going to be and just got in so deep. Sasha fell for Nina and everyone in town.”

What’s more, she says that there are a lot of secrets that have not come out yet. And while Nina has since reunited with Valentin, she still can’t stop herself from spewing hate at the one person she once believes to be her own flesh and blood.

Hoepfully Nina’s heartbreak will turn into happiness, as there’s a good chance that Willow might actually be her one and only true daughter in Port Charles. At least, that’s what everyone is hoping for. If there is one person who deserves a happy ending, it’s definitely Nina Reeves.

Katelynn further adds, “That would be insane. It would be a huge twist, except people are expecting it, right? Because why do Willow and Nina hate each other so much? It would be cool”
