General Hospital Spoilers: Gail Sends Port Charles Residents On An Unusual Treasure Hunt

General Hospital spoilers tease that Dr. Gail Adamson Baldwin (Susan Brown) decided before her death to make her final celebration interesting with a treasure hunt for those named in her will. Could it really be for them to find the treasure that they have in each other?

Gail invited a rather eclectic group of Port Charles residents, some of whom had never even met her, to her celebration. General Hospital spoilers say that those who find what she’s bequeathed to them will find more than they had bargained for!

For the benefit of those GH viewers who may not know who she was, Dr. Gail Adamson Baldwin was a psychiatrist on staff at General Hospital for many years and a mentor of Dr. Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) who was like a daughter to Gail.

General Hospital Spoilers – Gail Baldwin Wanted To Inspire People

Gail married Scott Baldwin’s (Kin Shriner) father, Attorney Lee Baldwin (Peter Hansen) and the two were married for many years. Gail’s heart, like many psychiatrists and those involved in the counseling professions, was to fix people and inspire them to fix their various hurtful situations.

It makes a lot of sense to think Gail wants those named in her will to find the real treasure. And that is the treasure they have in themselves and each other.

Among the Port Charles residents she’s invited will be Dr. Lesley Webber, (Denise Alexander), her daughter Laura Collins, (Genie Francis) her stepson Scott of course, Monica, and some who either barely remember her or never met her, including Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth).

General Hospital Spoilers – Viewers Will Recall Many Famous Feuds

Longtime General Hospital viewers will recall many famous feuds between characters, such as Monica and Lesley fighting over Rick Webber, (Chris Robinson) Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman) and Laura fighting over Scotty, obviously before Laura fell in love with and married Bobbie’s bad boy brother Luke Spencer, (Anthony Geary).

There will be a scene of Felicia Jones (Kristina Wagner) and Bobbie hugging. Undoubtedly there will be a reference to Maxie having received BJ Jones’ (Brighton Hereford) heart after an unfortunate accident in which BJ, Bobbie’s adopted daughter and namesake, died and Maxie needed a heart transplant because of suffering from Kawasaki Syndrome.

Felicia and Bobbie were once sisters in law. Bobbie was married to Dr. Tony Jones (Brad Maule) and Felicia was married to Frisco Jones (Jack Wagner). But they will always share a bond through Maxie because of BJ’s heart.
