General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, December 18 tease another exciting episode full of drama, confrontations, and suspense for GH fans!

General Hospital Spoilers – Lulu Spencer Fights Valentin Cassadine

Lulu Spencer, (Emme Rylan) Laura Collins, (Genie Francis) Kevin Collins, (Jon Lindstrom) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) appear to be interrupted during a meal together at the Floating Rib, as Lulu unexpectedly shouts, “I have to go speak to Valentin – now!” General Hospital viewers will recall from Tuesday’s episode that Valentin Cassadine, (James Patrick Stuart) livid that again his daughter Charlotte Cassadine’s (Scarlett Fernandez) life had been in danger, blaming Lulu’s neglect, intended to pursue full custody of the child that they share as birth parents. It sounds like Lulu may have received a summons to Family Court!

GH Spoilers – Lucy Coe Embarrasses Sasha Gilmore

Meanwhile, at the Metro Court, Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) embarrasses Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson), ostensibly to a female client of Lucy’s when she introduces Sasha as the new Face of Deception! Sasha smiles and nods, but considering she never agreed to be Lucy’s model for her revived cosmetics company, CoeCoe Cosmetics, she has to be blindsided! General Hospital viewers can probably expect a few choice words with absolutely no deception from Sasha to Lucy once she can get her alone! She hasn’t even discussed the possibility of Sasha modeling for her recently, and the last time she did, Sasha had turned Lucy down flat!

General Hospital Spoilers – Nina Reeves Confronts Liesl Obrecht

Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) confronts her aunt Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) at Wyndemere, after learning from Curtis during the art auction at Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) gallery that he reinvestigated the DNA matches that showed Nina and Sasha to be mother and daughter, and told her that they did match a mother and daughter, just not Nina and Sasha, and that Valentin must have had help from someone who knew HER way around a lab, implicating Liesl! Nina is angry and frustrated as Liesl calmly smiles and asks her “Are you sure?” and Nina responds, “TELL ME THE TRUTH!”

GH Spoilers – Ava Jerome Tears Into Nikolas Cassadine

Ava Jerome tears into Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) at her art gallery, after having told him near the end of Tuesday’s episode that she knew he’d show up because he was so predictable for a dead man, as she held her gun on him! This scene continues tomorrow with a livid Ava shouting at Nikolas, “Where the hell have you been?!” Something tells General Hospital viewers that his mother and his sister may have the same response if he were to reveal himself alive to them!

General Hospital Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos Grills Jason Morgan

At the Corinthos house, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) grills Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) about his wife, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) who he feels has been lying to him and keeping secrets! She has been keeping the secret that Nikolas is alive, and tried to explain to Sonny that he would understand if he knew what her keeping someone else’s secret is about. Sonny is angry as he asks Jason, “What the hell is going on with Carly?!” Even Jason doesn’t know the answer to that question because Carly has kept Nikolas’ secret!

GH Spoilers – Carly Corinthos Tells Jasper “Jax” Jacks To Call The Cops

Carly is tired of keeping that secret, as she shouts at Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) in frustration, “Call the cops! Turn Nikolas in!” Jax must have told her about all the break-ins that he knows Nikolas has done in his quest for the codicil, and possibly his making Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) disappear, and maybe even his using Jax’s overseas credit card to rent a van to help Cassandra Pierce (Jessica Tuck) escape! Jax is beyond fed up with Nikolas as much as Carly is fed up with keeping his presence in Port Charles a secret!
