General Hospital spoilers tease that Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will be reassured once her husband Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) is fully exonerated and his exoneration has been made public.
She was concerned his past would continue to be an issue and in particular what the schoolkids her boys have to deal with on a nearly daily basis would think about him. But now that Franco is considered a hero who saved Port Charles from the “second coming of Ryan Chamberlain”, people are more likely to forget that Franco was once a killer himself.
Most will figure since he risked his own life to help the police catch Ryan (even though technically he hasn’t been “caught”) that Franco is a changed man, which he actually is.

General Hospital Spoilers – Cameron Webber Had A Change Of Heart
Cameron Webber’s (William Lipton) turnaround on his opinions of Franco certainly must have influenced Liz’s decision to let Franco come back home, along with Jake (Hudson West) and Aiden’s (Jason David).
Other General Hospital spoilers tease that Liz will call Aiden’s teacher Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) this week on General Hospital, and she may get some good news from her about how others are treating Aiden. This may be a factor as well.
Jake’s birth father is Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and no one seems to have a problem with that, but Franco has been more of a father to Jake than Jason ever has.

General Hospital Spoilers – Franco Baldwin’s Urge To Kill Is Gone
Elizabeth should now realize that Franco’s urge to kill is gone for good and will never return. If it had truly been there, he probably would have grabbed the knife and killed Ryan Chamberlain instead of locking him in the cell in Ferncliff. But even if he had killed him it would have been self-defense.
This is a good point for the public to acknowledge as well if the details of Franco’s escape from Ryan and Ferncliff have been made available to them. Franco likely will never kill again, even in self-defense.

Although it’s possible he may kill again in the defense of others, in particular, Liz or the boys, although it wouldn’t be his first choice. He’d much rather incapacitate an attacker and restrain him and then call the police.
