General Hospital Spoilers: Does Franco Suspect Kevin Is Really Ryan?

General Hospital spoilers tease that Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) may be on the right track with some of his suspicions about Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom), even though he hasn’t come right out and said it.

There were some huge clues in things he said this past week. He may suspect that “Kevin” is actually Ryan Chamberlain and that he’s the real serial killer.

For one thing, when Laura Collins (Genie Francis) confronted him with the evidence from his patient file that “Dr. Collins” had put in it after his last session with Franco, Franco told her something to the effect that if Kevin wrote that, then he wasn’t the Kevin he knew.

That got the wheels in Laura’s head turning and she followed him to Ferncliff, where of course she’s found the real Kevin and has been trapped in the basement of Ferncliff  by Ryan.

General Hospital – Franco Has Seen Others Return From The Dead

In his own cell at Ferncliff, Franco questioned his safety and wondered if the real killer was authorized to come to Ferncliff. Why would he think that if he wasn’t thinking “Kevin” is the killer?

Why would Franco suspect Ryan is impersonating Kevin? And why would he think Ryan could still be alive after all these years? Franco has seen his boyhood “brother” Drew Cain (Billy Miller) come back to life after being presumed dead for several years thinking he was his twin Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and having Jason’s memories.

Then he saw the real Jason come back, having been in captivity for five years and suffered a beat-down from him in the hallway of General Hospital. Franco could be thinking it’s a similar situation with Kevin and Ryan. Or at the very least, he may think Kevin’s had a breakdown and thinks he’s Ryan and is acting accordingly.

General Hospital – Kevin’s Previous Psychotic Breakdown

He could have heard about Kevin’s previous psychotic breakdown when he thought he was Ryan, only he didn’t kill anyone. He did, however stalk and kidnap Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner), who Ryan had been obsessed with.

Unbeknownst to Franco, he’s upstairs from the real Kevin and Laura who were trapped in the basement by Ryan. Perhaps he’ll be the one to find them and break all three of them out. Stay tuned to GH and keep checking General Hospital spoilers frequently to see how this all plays out!
