General Hospital spoilers tease that Ava Jerome (Maura West) will go looking for “tough love” – or will she go looking to show somebody how “tough love will be for him” if she finds him? Of course, General Hospital viewers know that somebody would be Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom).
GH viewers and Port Charles residents alike will no longer be content with the phrase “presumed dead” where Ryan’s concerned, and no body in most soap operas means still alive in some form.
Ava told Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) a few days ago that she hopes Ryan’s alive, because she wants to kill him herself. And maybe she will go hunting him down. After all, he had mentioned a cabin just across the border, implying within walking distance from the footbridge.
General Hospital Spoilers – Did Anyone See Ryan Fall Into The Water?
Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) was five miles east of where they were, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) was busy grabbing Ava, and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) was at the United States end of the bridge. Although it’s assumed Ryan fell to his death in the water, did anyone actually see him fall into it?

Could he have grabbed on to the bottom of the bridge and made his way across hanging onto parts of it and got to that cabin? It seems even the police only focused on the river when looking for him and didn’t think his survival was possible.
But if he could crawl out of that fun-house explosion – albeit 25 or so years younger – alive, who’s to say he didn’t survive this? Neither Ava or Jason said anything different other than that he fell in the river, but they didn’t say they saw him do it either.
General Hospital Spoilers – Unfinished Business For Ryan?
Other General Hospital spoilers say Ryan may return to Port Charles to take care of unfinished business….but that Ava will finish him. It’s just as likely she may go looking for him. She may hide in that cabin he mentioned across the footbridge into Canada at Niagara Falls.
Even though Ryan had his medical training as a pediatrician, he’d know how to dig that bullet out of his shoulder that Jason put there and tend to his wound. Plus now we know that he had spy training as an operative of the DVX and did special projects for them.

Whether they used him as a killer or in mind control experiments, of which the latter is the best bet considering his mental condition when Kevin put him in Ferncliff, remains to be revealed. But GH viewers can bet whoever finds him first, if he indeed has survived, Ryan will experience the wrath of Ava Jerome!
