General Hospital Rumors: Lulu’s Investigation Goes Too Far, She Becomes Ryan’s Next Victim?

General Hospital spoilers tease that at least one death, if not more, will happen in the next two weeks, possibly of one or more major characters! Spoilers for the week of January 20th reveal that Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) gloats, Laura (Genie Francis) comforts Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez), Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) calls Peter (Wes Ramsey) into the station, Sonny (Maurice Benard) waits anxiously, Carly (Laura Wright) is heartbroken, and Sonny pays his respects!

The only General Hospital character that is connected to Laura, Charlotte, Peter, Sonny and Carly is Lulu Falconeri, (Emme Rylan) who previous General Hospital spoilers have said put herself in grave danger from Ryan!

If all these spoilers indeed refer to the murder of Lulu, General Hospital viewers have to ask themselves what about Rocco (Mason Tannous)? Laura is Lulu’s mother and Rocco is Lulu’s son, so why doesn’t the spoiler about Laura comforting Charlotte include Rocco, or Laura’s own need for comforting—Lulu’s her only daughter, and she’s already lost one son, Nikolas Cassadine (Tyler Christopher)! But then Laura is much stronger than she was when she was younger. A younger Laura would have had a breakdown and been in need of psychiatric care when Nik died (at least we think he did)! She would feel like she would need to be strong for Charlotte, but when showrunners release spoilers, they are only hints…they don’t tell the whole story!

Ryan, of course, would gloat if he pulled off the murder of Lulu and changed his MO so much that it couldn’t be tied to the same serial killer. Thanks to Mac Scorpio’s big mouth, he knows not to take drivers licenses as trophies anymore. Mac should have told his secrets to his late ventriloquist puppet Mr. Marbles, instead of unknowingly telling it to Mr. Lost His Marbles, thinking he was his old friend Kevin!

If Ryan managed to kill Lulu, he may have framed her boss Peter for the murder, which would be why he’d be called into the police station, or he may just be questioned because he’s Lulu’s boss. Peter may have given General Hospital viewers a strong hint on January 10th’s program when he warned Lulu about publishing sensitive secrets about the serial killer investigation, not wanting it to backfire and cause another death like they inadvertently did with Nathan West (Ryan Paevey)!

If Lulu is killed, it also makes sense for Carly to be heartbroken and Sonny to wait anxiously and later pay his respects. Lulu may be injured severely before she dies and that could be the reason for the anxious waiting.

Another possibility is that the spoilers refer to different events; Ryan could be gloating about the victim he claims in the week of January 13th, Charlotte needing comforting could be about another unrelated situation, and Peter may be called into the police station because Jordan wants to get more information about the Invader story about Ryan without involving Lulu. Another possibility could be that the months of rumors about Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) becoming a victim of Ryan’s are true, and would be the reason Charlotte needs comforting, and again Ryan might frame Peter for it. However, that’s a long shot.

Yet another spoiler for the week of the 20th has Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) calling Drew Cain (Billy Miller), so it’s possible that Oscar Nero (Garren Lake Stitt) may succumb to his brain tumor. That would break Carly’s heart and there would be anxious waiting in the hospital and the funeral on Friday of that week could be Oscar’s.
