General Hospital Rumor: Will Brad Try To Flee Port Charles With Wiley?

General Hospital spoilers tease that Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) might become desperate and try to flee Port Charles with Wiley Cooper-Jones (Erik and Theodore Olson) in an upcoming episode of GH!

General Hospital Spoilers – Brad Cooper Is Walking A Very, Very, Thin Tightrope!

Brad is walking a very, very, thin tightrope in his marriage with Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) and with keeping his baby swap secret a secret. General Hospital viewers will recall that a little over a year ago, Brad and Lucas had adopted Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and David Henry “Shiloh” Archer’s (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) baby boy, who Willow had given up for adoption to keep him safe from Shiloh. Unfortunately, the same day that Brad brought him home from Mercy Hospital, where Willow had given birth, the baby died. Brad, distraught, just went for a drive in the country with the dead baby in the back seat of his car until he could figure out how he was going to tell Lucas, who had been at work and had not even gotten a chance to meet him yet.

Along came Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) with her newborn baby, Jonah Corinthos (Erik and Theodore Olson) who had just been delivered out in the woods by Liesl Obrecht, (Kathleen Gati) who at that time was a fugitive on the run because of the torture and kidnapping she committed of Peter August (Wes Ramsey), blaming him for the death of her son, Nathan West (Ryan Paevey). Nelle swapped her live baby for Brad’s dead baby when he stopped to give her a ride back into town. She knew she was prison bound and didn’t want the Corinthos family to raise her baby!

GH Spoilers – Liesl Obrecht Has Leverage Over Brad Cooper And So Does Julian Jerome

Not only does Liesl have leverage over Brad, so does Julian Jerome (William DeVry)! Brad has gone to Julian for help in covering up the baby swap all along, although it was only comparatively recently that he admitted the whole truth to Julian, and then, when Julian found out that the baby was really Jonah Corinthos, he blew up at Brad and refuses to help him with anything else! Julian tried to cover for himself by staging an affair on Brad’s part, so that Lucas would break up with him, but it didn’t work thanks to Brad’s lies and his throwing Julian under the bus! Between Liesl threatening to expose Brad, and Julian being severely tempted to kill him or put a hit out on him, Brad will grow increasingly desperate!

He knows that the final test of whether Wiley is Wiley or Wiley is Jonah will require a blood draw and a DNA test, which would have to be done with Willow to compare her DNA to his and determine if there is a mother to child DNA match. However, if the police become involved Brad will not have access to the lab and will not be able to fake the results, and Liesl likely won’t do it. She doesn’t even have hospital privileges anymore and hasn’t for a long time! If Brad doesn’t want the truth to come out, he may feel he has no choice but to flee town with Wiley!
