General Hospital spoilers tease that Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) could be Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) and Gia Campbell’s (Andrea Pearson) long lost love child.
General Hospital Spoilers – Nikolas Cassadine And Gia Campbell Were Involved In The Early 2000s
Nikolas and Gia were involved in the early 2000s and she left in 2003, which is when Trina would have been born. Long time General Hospital viewers will recall she was the half sister of Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews) on her mother’s side and she also had an unknown sister who was mentioned briefly on her father’s side. The phrase “Face Of Deception” has been mentioned a lot on the show recently, in connection with Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) using it for her own cosmetics company, CoeCoe Cosmetics, and trying to get Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) to be her signature model.
However, long before Lucy decided to use the phrase, it was the catchphrase for Deception Cosmetics, a company owned by Laura Collins, (Genie Francis) Nikolas’ mother, who had bought it from Scott Baldwin. Gia was “The Face Of Deception” for Laura’s company. Considering that soap operas often make mention of past storylines or characters and they are hints of upcoming ones, such as the many mentions of Nikolas for months before he appeared alive on the General Hospital canvas, is it possible Trina could be Nikolas and Gia’s love child?
GH Spoilers – Trina Robinson Is Said To Be The Daughter Of A Single Mother
Trina is said to be the daughter of a single mother, and although Gia’s name has not been mentioned, Trina could either be adopted or Gia may have decided to change her name. Various recaps and historical accounts of General Hospital and Port Charles, the spinoff which she also appeared on, say that after Gia and Nikolas broke up, she left town for a while but others say she still lives in Port Charles. It is possible she left and then came back and moved to a different part of Port Charles, changed her name, and avoided her old friends.
In an interesting coincidence, Gia had also been involved at one point with Zander Smith (Chad Brannon) who was Cameron Webber’s (William Lipton) birth father! Trina’s father has never been mentioned, and perhaps Trina’s mother doesn’t want her to know who he is – because she doesn’t want any of her old friends to find her. She also stays in the background of her daughter’s life and Trina may not tell her mother who her friends are; which is why if her mother is Gia, she doesn’t know that two of her best friends are children of people she used to know and hang around with!

General Hospital Spoilers – Stella Henry Has An Unknown Relative
As General Hospital viewers know, Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) also has an unknown relative. Stella’s story is she didn’t want anything to do with finding out who it was but then went on a European trip with her after she contacted Stella and said she had moved to London, England! Now, Stella is quite a bit older than Gia would be so Gia is probably not her unknown sister but she could be related to Gia’s mother, Florence Campbell (Lynn Moody) or one of Florence’s husbands, Mr. Taggert or Mr. Campbell which would also make Trina a relative.
Stella has been very evasive about Curtis and Jordan Ashford (Donnell Turner, Briana Nicole Henry) meeting her cousin “Wanda” so we don’t really know who she is or if she lives in Port Charles or England in reality! So Stella, Gia, and Trina could be relatives!
Stay tuned to General Hospital and keep checking General Hospital spoilers frequently for all the latest news, updates and developments!
