General Hospital spoilers tease that Detective Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) is onto District Attorney Margaux Dawson (Elizabeth Hendrickson) and might just be gutsy enough to go rogue and start his own investigation of her, too!
On the Monday, April 29 episode, he and Detective Valerie Spencer (Paulina Bugembe) were talking to Commissioner Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry). They told her about Kristina Corinthos-Davis’ (Lexi Ainsworth) call to Valerie for help. They also menitoned how the line went dead, like someone had grabbed the phone from her. As General Hospital viewers know, someone did – her mother, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn).
Jordan said it would be prudent to start a missing persons investigation. But when Margaux found out it was about Dawn of Day, she shut it down immediately. Chase had the nerve to ask her if she was protecting Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), or Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin)!
General Hospital Spoilers – DA Cannot Hire Or Fire Police
It’s a good thing a DA cannot hire or fire cops. Otherwise, she would have fired him right then and there. Chase would be correct that Margaux is protecting Shiloh, so the only way to bring him down is to go rogue and start his own investigation – and Valerie agreed and told him she was in on it too!
Margaux is well on her way to getting fired as DA. She shut down not only this missing persons investigation but the Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) case. While Shiloh may not be quite as dangerous as Ryan, he’s just as sneaky.
General Hospital viewers wouldn’t be surprised at anything that might be revealed about him. So how would Chase go about getting Margaux exposed and fired for protecting Shiloh? He’d have to go to Mayor Laura Webber (Genie Francis).
General Hospital Spoilers – Bring Proof To Laura Webber
Laura would be the one to bring any proof to. Jordan may consider doing that herself if Margaux keeps hindering justice from being done and protecting criminals.
So far, Shiloh has managed to operate in a manner that, although many of the practices at Dawn of Day are illegal, drugging young women and raping them for one, as they are initiated into his inner circle, just the fact that they have to put a secret that could go against them or a loved one legally could be considered a form of blackmail. And even though they sign the documents, it can be considered under duress.
Undoubtedly Chase and Valerie will be the ones to bring both Shiloh and Margaux down. But with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) doing the investigation on the inside, they may not be able to.
