General Hospital Recap Wednesday, October 23: Baby Donna is brought home – Franco’s emotional hearing begins

Welcome to your Wednesday, October 23rd General Hospital (GH) recap! We begin our day at General Hospital (GH) where Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) and Bobbie Spencer are ready to take baby Donna home.

At the Corinthos mansion, Josslyn Jax (Eden McCoy) is making of her brother Michael Corinthos’s (Chad Duell) attempt to put up a welcome home banner. Joss spots a beautiful gift and Michael explains that its for Donna, but was originally Jonah’s.

At Kelly’s Diner, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is admiring a classic toy truck that his son made.

General Hospital Spoilers – Frankendrews hearing begins

At the courthouse, Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) walks in hand to hand with Kim Nero (Tamara Braun). His lawyer Martin Grey (Michael E Knight) follows ahead and says this won’t be easy. Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) sees him in his uniform and says he has no right to be wearing it.

The hearing begins and Scotty explains how Franco sacrificed himself for his son Cameron. Scotty explains that he is fighting for his son’s life and his DNA to prove who he is. Jordan Ashford (Brianne Nicole Henry) takes the stand and says Franco was a hero during the Ryan Chamberlain fiasco.

GH Spoilers – Hamilton Finn finds out his daughter with Hayden Barnes is alive

In General Hospital (GH), Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) asks Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) to repeat what she said. Hayden says that it’s THEIR daughter who is sick in the hospital room. Finn is completely shocked and begins yelling at Hayden for lying to him.

Finn enters the room where Epiphany (Sonya Eddy) updates him on the child’s condition, her name is Violet. Finn takes her blood pressure and chats with Violet about how pretty her name is.

General Hospital Spoilers – Jason Morgan spends time with his son Danny Morgan

At Kelly’s Diner, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) tells Danny that he needs to stay with the Quartermaine’s for awhile. Sam may need to stay a long time at Pentonville. Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) shows up and joins them for coffee and a donut. Monica says she loves having her grandchildren at home with her.

Monica says Danny reminds her of Jason when he was a child. Monica says that she wants to go to the hearing and see what Frankendrew says.

GH Spoilers – Michael Quartermaine and his sister Josslyn Jax catch up

Michael explaiut the gift for Donna and how its something he had originally bought for his son Jonah. Josslyn tells him that he can always count on her for anything.

General Hospital Spoilers – Carly Corinthos and Sonny Corinthos are bringing baby Donna Corinthos home

Carly is excited to bring the baby home and her mom Bobbie reminds her of follow up health appointments. Bobbie wonders if she has had any depression or worries about the unknown. Carly says she feels good and is ready to face any challenges.

The baby comes home and the family all fawns over her as Carly thanks Michael for the gift.

GH Spoilers – Wednesday Drama!

Jason tells Monica that Franco is not Drew and it’s a bad idea for her to pursue a relationship with him.

Finn lets Violet play with his stethoscope and calls her ‘Honeybun.” Josslyn gets Avery and brings her over to meet her baby sister.

Cameron takes the stand and say his opinion of Franco changed over time, he loves him as a father figure.

Elizabeth is brought up on the stand is ripped apart by Martin Grey and her treatment of the real Drew.
