General Hospital Recap Wednesday, January 2: Hank Is Shiloh – Jordan to Lulu, “There Is A Serial Killer”

General Hospital (GH) for Wednesday, January 2, 2018, reveals PCPD is investigating the crime scene at the Metrocourt. Jordan (Briana Nichol Henry) questions Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Jason (Steve Burton) about the body. Jason tells her he called the PCPD and waited for them to get there.
GH Spoilers Sam And Jason Know What They Want
Jordan may need to question them again later and thanks them for their cooperation. Sam is tired, Jason offers to take her home. Jason and Sam arrive at her place, and she apologizes for causing them to be held up in questioning. Jason tells Sam it’s ok, he is usually the one holding them up. Sam is surprised Jason didn’t want Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) there. Jason tells Sam that Max (Derk Cheetwood) took Diane to Vegas to for New Year. Sam questions if Diane and Max are going to get married, Jason says no.
Jason tells Sam that Diane says marrying Max would create a conflict of interest in court. Sam tells Jason Max is old fashioned and wants to be married, maybe they will when they retire. Sam says Max and Diane have things figured out better than they do right now. Jason tells Sam they both know what they want and suggests doing something about it. Sam and Jason kiss, Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) interrupts. Kristina apologizes for interrupting and tells Sam she is moving out.

Sam doesn’t like Kristina moving in with people she doesn’t know well. Kristina tells Sam and Jason about the volunteer work. Jason asks if anyone is in charge at the house. Sam questions if Kristina is sleeping with the leader Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin). Kristina is mad that Sam assumed she is sleeping with Shiloh. Jason tells Kristina that he and Sam are worried about her. Kristina suggests Sam and Jason visit and meets everyone. Sam tells Jason she is going to need him on this one, Jason says they should visit. Sam and Jason visit and find out that Shiloh is Hank (Coby Ryan McLaughlin).
General Hospital Spoilers Ryan Tells Jordan The Killer Is Taunting The Police
General Hospital’s Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) arrives as they leave. Curtis (Donnell Turner) thanks “Kevin”(Jon Lindstrom) for showing up at the Metrocourt. Curtis tells him about meeting Peyton (John Patrick Jordan) and how he requested a meeting last night. Jordan comes out and tells them the time of death was around 6 pm. Curtis says that was before the text. Jordan questions why the killer would want him to find the crime scene. Ryan tells them he knows exactly why.
Ryan tells them that killer wanted to taint the crime scene and used Peyton’s phone to do that. Jordan gets a text saying the victim died from two stab wounds. Jordan says it is official; they have a serial killer. Jordan questions what the connection between the victims is. Ryan suggests the killer is trying to upstage another serial killer. Curtis mentions they were all found on holidays. Ryan suggests it has something to do with Jordan and Curtis. Ryan says the killer is taunting the police because of childhood trauma events. Ryan tells them the killer will strike again. Jordan tells Lulu they are dealing with a serial killer, but that is off the record.
GH Spoilers Lulu Warns Ava To Watch “Kevin”
General Hospital’s Ryan is taping up the box of Kiki’s (ex-Hayley Erin) belongings, and Ava (Maura West) asks him not to do that. Lulu (Emme Rylan) shows up; Ava assumes she wants to confront her about Kevin. Lulu says she is looking for Kevin; Ava asks if she wants to confront him. Lulu tells Ava there has been another murder, but the police haven’t released the information yet.
Lulu tells Ava about Peyton and that he was making a documentary about Ryan Chamberlain. Ava asks more questions and tells Lulu that Kiki’s murder will never make sense to her. Ava starts to show Lulu out; she says maybe they should talk about Kevin. Lulu tells Ava how different Kevin is according to those who have known him for years. Lulu tells Ava about Kevin’s breakdown years ago, and she is stunned. Ryan arrives home, and Ava tells him Lulu stopped by to speak to him. Jordan text Lulu and is ready to give a statement. Lulu leaves, and Ryan asks what he walked in on. Ava tells Ryan what Lulu said about the breakdown, and he admits to having one. Ryan tells Ava he had a breakdown due to his mother and his brother. Ryan tells Ava they can’t let Lulu and Laura come between them.

Valentin And Liesl Reach An Understanding
General Hospital’s Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) and Nina (Michelle Stafford) are kissing; he’s glad to see her happy. Maxie (Kirsten Storms) sees Nina and Valentin kissing and tells James they are back together. Nina joins Maxie and James and tells her she and Valentin got back together at Christmas. Liesl (Kathleen Gati) joins them and tells everyone she is free and Maxie invited her to spend time with James. Liesl promises to be the best grandmother ever.
Maxie and Nina take James to the bathroom to change his diaper. Liesl approaches Valentin and thanks him for helping her with Peter (Wes Ramsey). Valentin only helped because she was blackmailing him. Valentin warns Liesl not to put him in a position to regret helping her. Nina sees Valentin and Liesl talking and wonders what is up, Maxie says nothing good.

Julian Breaks Up With Kim
General Hospital’s Kristina goes to Charlies to pick up her check. Kristina mentions last night being back, Julian (William DeVry) agrees, but they are talking about two different issues. Kristina tells Julian she is moving into a new place and wants to help with expenses. Kristina asks Julian not to say anything to Sam or Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn). Kim (Tamara Braun) arrives at Charlie’s wanting to celebrate with Julian. Julian seems confused by Kim’s appearance. Kim thought Julian understood her staying with Oscar (Garren Stitt) last night; he says he did until he saw her kissing Drew (Billy Miller).

Julian tells Kim he slept with someone after seeing her and Drew kissing. Julian tells Kim he doesn’t want to get in the way anymore. Julian tells Kim he is a distraction from where Kim needs to be right now. Julian says last night was a bad night, but it made him see he has to let her go so she can concentrate on Oscar. Kim tells Julian he’s a coward and not to claim he slept with someone else for her. Kim tells Julian to go to hell and leaves. Kim arrives back at the hospital to check on Oscar and tells Drew that Julian broke up with her.
Drew Meets With Hank
General Hospital’s Drew comes to the hospital and asks Kim about Oscar. Kim tells him Oscar has managed to eat some. Drew offers to stay with Oscar while Kim gets out for a while and suggests she visit Julian. Kim and Drew discuss the kiss; it was a New Year’s kiss and nothing more. Drew has loved hearing about Oscar’s childhood and thanks her for that. Hank shows up at the hospital and calls out to Drew. Hank tells Drew how different he looks. Hank talks to Drew about their time in Afghanistan and shows him a picture.
Drew tells Hank he has lost decades of memories and the picture doesn’t bring anything to him. Hank offers to help Drew to remember his past. Drew mentions Kim to Hank and asks if he ever mentioned Kim to him. Hank asks if there is anything he can do to help Oscar. Drew tells him no and that he can let things go. Hank tells Drew he saved his life and if he ever needs anything to contact him. Hank tells Drew that he saved him from an IED and kept him from bleeding to death. Hank says he looked for Drew later, but he had gone AWOL. Drew excuses himself to check on Oscar. Hank tells Drew to call or text when he wants to talk and thanks him.
