General Hospital Recap Tuesday, August 13: Laura Meets Chelsea – Sasha Is Very Sick

Welcome to your Tuesday August 13th General Hospital (GH) recap! We begin our day at the retirement home where Mike Corbin (Max Gail) is waiting in his tuxedo to get married. Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) turn son the wedding march as Yvonne (Janet Hubert) walks in holding the bouquet.

At General Hospital (GH) Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) is in a quarantined room in the hospital. Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) watches over her and she encourages him to not miss the wedding.

At Crimson magazine, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) tells Jasper Jax (Ingo Rademacher) that shes going to be working remotely for a while. She explains that Sasha got a virus in Puerto Rico and they don’t know what it is.

Laura Webber meets with Chelsea Lambas the psychic

At the Metro Court restaurant, Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) meets up with Chelsea Lambas (Jen Ray) who right away asks if she would like to connect with her late brother. Laura says she has doubts about the work of spiritual mediums, but wants to reach her brother Jonathan.

Chelsea says she sees a blonde woman who is very chatty and she says shes so happy she found love with Kevin. We the audience realize she is talking about her sister Amy Vining, who passed away. Suddenly Chelsea says it’s her son, he’s in grave danger!

Julian Jerome is leaving town

At Charlie’s Pub, Ava Jerome (Maura West) comes in and asks her brother Julian Jerome (William DeVry) why there is a for sale sign out front? Julian tells her that he and Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) are leaving town. Ava begins yelling at Julian and is upset he would not tell her first.

Jordan Ashford tries to distract Curtis Ashford

At the Metro Court restaurant, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) is gazing off as Jordan Ashford (Brianne Nicole Henry) tries to get his attention. He worries about not reaching Franco fast enough. Stella (Vernee Watson) arrives and sits at their table, she says she’s been trying to reach them. Stella says they have a cousin they did not know about in London England.

Stella says that they talked for a while on the phone and she is excited to meet. Curtis is skeptical that a cousin would fly her all the way to London to meet.

Franco Baldwin wakes up

Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) is awake and Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) says she knew he would come back. Franco holds the war medal in his hand and says he needs to speak to his superior officer immediately. Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) tells Drew Cain (Billy Miller) that Franco woke up with his memories.

Franco says that Liz cannot hold him against his will, as he insists he is Andrew Cain. Franco says he has never seen Liz before in his life. Franco gets agitated and tries to leave but Epiphany drugs him.

Sasha Gilmore is very ill

Outside Sasha’s hospital room, Michael tells Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) that no one else is sick from the island but they can’t track down one lady. Finn says they need to find the woman as she could be sick, we the audience knows its Cassandra.

Jasper Jacks and Hayden Barnes conspire

Nina Reeves leans on Jax, upset about Sasha as Hayden enters the office. Jax says not to worry about work and to go be with her daughter. Hayden says to Jax “well done, that was quite the performance.” Hayden says.

Mike Corbin gets married

Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) officiates the vows between Yvonne and his father Mike Corbin. Mike still thinks Sonny is the priest and does not recognize his own son.

Tuesday Surprises

Chelsea asks Laura for payment before she tells her anymore about her son. She calls Lucky and finds out that he is okay.

Ava says she has lost a child as well and she is surrounded by constant reminders. Stella says she is excited to meet a new relative and she needs to live her life now. Nina arrives at GH and sits with Sasha at her bedside.

Laura sees Kevin and tells her about the message from Amy, but she is still wary of Chelsea. Franco is sedated and tells Kevin and Liz he does not know who they are. Kevin explains to him about the memory transfer process. Drew hands him a mirror and Franco is shocked by what he sees…………flash to preview
