General Hospital Spoilers & Recap, Monday, Sept. 23: Shiloh Archer Escapes — Franco Is Held Against His Will

Welcome to your Monday, September 23 General Hospital (GH) recap! We begin our day at General Hospital (GH) where Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) is strapped to a bed. His wife Elizbeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) enters the room and he asks how she could do this to him?

At Kim Nero’s (Tamara Braun) penthouse, she is on the phone arguing for Franco’s release. There is a knock on the door and it is Julian Jerome (William DeVry), he tells Kim that they can leave Port Charles tonight.

At General Hospital (GH) Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and her husband, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) are having a baby check-up. Sonny tells a worried Carly not to worry, everything will be okay.

General Hospital Recap – Josslyn Jax Is Confused

At the Metro Court restaurant, Josslyn Jax (Eden McCoy) meets with her dad Jasper Jax (Ingo Rademacher) to show him the boarding school brochure she found.

After overhearing the boarding school discussion, Dev makes a plan to escape to Canada. Josslyn tells her dad that Carly and Sonny are trying to send her away.

GH Recap – Anna Devane Wants Peter August & Hamilton Finn To Get Along

At the Metro Court bar, Peter August (Wes Ramsey) meets up with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton). His girlfriend Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) wants them to become friends. Peter asks Hamilton how the process to get Franco’s memories back is working.

Finn reminds Peter he was there for the original memory transfer and maybe he has the answers they need. Finn gets a call from the hospital and takes off suddenly.

General Hospital Recap – Shiloh Archer Escapes Pentonville

At the courthouse, Sam Mccall (Kelly Monaco) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) contemplate how it’s possible that Shiloh escaped. On the side of the road, Bobbie Spencer (Jaclyn Zeman) has been pulled over by Shiloh Archer – who is in a police disguise.

Shiloh makes himself known and realizes that his baby Wiley is in the backseat of her car. Shiloh takes the car and leaves Bobbie on the side of the road where she collapses unconscious. Shiloh has Wiley at the boat port, we see Dev hiding behind a curtain nearby. Dev tries to call Jason but is knocked out by Shiloh.

GH Recap – Franco Baldwin is being held against his will

Franco tells Liz that she has no claim on him and cannot keep him held against his will. Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) shows up and tells his son Franco that a wife can file for legal guardianship, which Elizabeth has done.

Franco continues to try and convince them that the man they know is gone.

General Hospital Recap – Kim Nero Wants Julian Jerome & Franco Baldwin

Julian Jerome tells Kim he did the final cleaning and closing up of Charlie’s Place. Kim tells Julian how grateful she is for him and they hug as she begins to cry. Julian spots the goodbye letter that Kim had written to him and goes to open it.

GH Recap – Carly Corinthos Has A Pregnancy Checkup

At General Hospital (GH), Carly is wheeled into her doctor’s appointment as Sonny looks on, worried. Epiphany comes over and sits with Sonny and tells him that all babies are perfect in God’s eyes. Carly comes out of the appointment and says nothing has changed with the baby’s condition as he takes her home.

General Hospital Recap – Monday’s Cliffhanger

Jason finds Bobbie unconscious on the side of the road and they realize Shiloh stole Wiley. Kim tells Julian that she slept with Franco, which infuriates him and he leaves.

Shiloh calls Peter and says he escaped the guy that was sent to kill him.

Liz pleads with Franco and says she will never give up on him.

Sam shows up at the Haunted Star to find an unconscious Dev and Shiloh. Shiloh shows her that he has baby Wiley…….flash to preview
