Carly asks Jason if he is ok with this. Carly doesn’t like Shiloh, Jason thinks it is just because of him. Carly is worried that Sam is playing into Shiloh’s hands. Carly tells Jason about Franco’s interview. Jason tells Carly not to go to Ferncliff, and she needs to let Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) handle it.
General Hospital’s Anna (Finola Hughes) and Robert (Tristan Rogers) join Peter (Wes Ramsey); they need to talk about his actions. Robert and Anna tell Peter there were six patients and she was the first one. Peter thinks Anna is trying to trip him up in this mess. Peter tells Anna he doesn’t know anything about Dr. Cabot. Anna asks Peter why Jason was listed as patient six. Peter tells Anna that Klein (Gene Farber) named Jason and Drew (Billy Miller) patients 5 and 6.
Peter tells them he was supposed to kill Jason, but he paid Dr. Klein to help Jason Peter tells Anna there may be a way to access Klein’s records. Anna goes to find Klein’s records. Robert wants to speak to Peter longer. Anna visits with Finn (Michael Easton) and asks how Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) is doing. Anna tells Finn that Robert attacked Peter as usual. Anna asks Finn about Klein’s patient files. Anna thinks she should approach Jason about Dr. Klein. Peter tells Robert he can and will defend himself. Anna asks Jason if he saw patient records or if they discussed patients 1 through 4.
General Hospital’s Curtis (Donnell Turner) calls Stella (Vernee Watson) and tells her she doesn’t have to come to the hospital. Nina (Michelle Stafford) shows up to check on Curtis. Curtis breaks down when talking to Nina. Curtis tells Nina about Jordan’s surgery. Nina tells Curtis that Jordan loves him and T.J. (Tajh Bellow) Finn arrives and tells Curtis he will speak to him.
Finn tells Curtis that Jordan is stable and she has to be in ICU. Finn tells Curtis the surgery was essential to save Jordan’s life. Finn tells Curtis that Jordan will have to have a kidney transplant. Curtis doesn’t know why this is happening, he and Jordan just got married. Curtis and T.J. want tested as a match for Jordan. Nina offers to do a story to reach donors, Curtis declines. Nina assures Curtis that something will come through for Jordan.

General Hospital’s Lulu (Emme Rylan) receives a call informing her she has a visitor. Mac (John J York) and Felicia (Kristina Wagner) question what Maxie (Kirsten Storms) and Lulu (Emme Rylan) are up to now. Mac wants Lulu to stop glorifying Ryan (Jon Lindstrom). Felicia apologizes for Mac and they talk about the night Lulu was hurt. Lulu tells Mac and Felicia she was researching Ryan ’s victims that night and there was a discrepancy in the number of victims. Lulu tells Mac and Felicia about the two names Laura gave her. Mac and Felicia don’t recognize the names. However, there are no coincidences when it comes to Ryan.
Felicia wants to know why this is bothering Maxie so much. Maxie doesn’t like the murder talk because it reminds her of Nathan (ex- Ryan Paevey). Felicia tells Maxie to imagine how she would feel if they didn’t know what happened to Nathan. Mac informs Lulu that both women’s drivers license were missing when police discovered their bodies. Lulu tells Mac, Felicia, and Maxie that Ryan had a list of Ryan’s victims. Felicia suggests calling Laura, but Lulu says her
message box is full. Mac and Felicia plan to speak to Kevin. Maxie wants Lulu to go home with her. Lulu says she can’t rest until she gets to the bottom of this.
General Hospital’s Ryan is at the hospital getting bandaged up. Ava (Maura West) arrives and questions what happened; Chase (Josh Swickard) tells her Franco (Roger Howarth) injured him before he escaped. Ava panics when told what happened with Franco at Ferncliff. Ava thinks Franco’s tumor is back. Ryan says he prays that it’s over soon. Chase tells Ryan not to feel bad about hurting Franco and say she deserves a reward. Ava yells at Ryan for going to visit Franco. Ava is mad that Ryan didn’t tell her how bad Franco was.
Ryan tells Ava he thought he could help Franco’s transition to Ferncliff. Chase tells Ryan they have a location on Franco. Ryan wants Ava to marry him tonight. Ryan wants to go to Niagra Falls and get married tonight. Ryan says life is precious and he doesn’t want to waste any more time. Ava agrees to marry Ryan tonight. Ryan tells Ava to pack for warm weather for their honeymoon.
Ava tells Ryan they can’t be gone long because of Avery. Ava tells Carly she and Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) are getting married tonight and she’s not inviting her. Felicia and Mac get off the elevator as Ava is telling Carly she and Kevin are eloping tonight. Mac and Felicia can’t believe Kevin is doing this. Carly goes into the parking garage and hears Ryan say it’s time to get while the getting is good.
General Hospital’s Franco arrives and collapses as Liz (Rebecca Herbst) opens the door. Liz talks to Franco to try and keep him conscious. Liz wants to call an ambulance; Franco wants her to call the police. Liz calls 911 to get an ambulance for Franco. Liz gives the EMS workers details about Franco’s condition. Franco tells Liz he lied, he didn’t kill those people. Franco tells Liz that Ryan murdered those people, not him. The paramedics load Franco onto the ambulance, and Liz plans to follow. Liz tells Chase that Franco said Ryan killed those people.
