EastEnders Spoilers: Linda Coming Home, But Without Mick – Tensions Rise Between Linda & Shirley

EastEnders spoilers tease that Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) is coming back home to Walford. But unfortunately, she’s coming home on her own. Here’s what you need to know.

Walford’s favorite couple, Mick Carter (Danny Dyer) and Linda, have been away for the last several weeks. That’s because they’ve been spending time in Australia for their daughter Nancy Carter’s (Maddy Hill) wedding. Yet, when Linda returns back home to Albert Square, viewers will be surprised to see that Mick is nowhere in sight.

Needless to say, things have been very difficult for Mick and Linda in the last year. Not only were they having their regular marital spats, but Mick wrongfully assumed that Linda was having an affair with his nemesis, Stuart Highway (Ricky Champ).

EastEnders Spoilers – Mick Eventually Forgave His Wife

Little did he know that Linda was just trying to get Mick out of jail after he was wrongfully accused of shooting Stuart at the Queen Vic. She was hoping that by seducing Stuart, she would be able to get a confession out of him.

Within time, Mick forgave his wife and they become Walford’s power couple again. Eastenders spoilers indicate that Linda will tell Mick’s mother Shirley Carter (Linda Henry) and his sister Tina Carter (Luisa Bradshaw-White) that he has decided to spend some extra time in Australia.

He also wants to spend time with Nancy, who left Walford several years ago to start a new life with her now husband, Tamwar Masood (Himesh Patel). He doesn’t plan on returning home anytime soon.

EastEnders Spoilers – What Does The Future Hold For Mick And Linda?

So what does this mean for Linda and Mick’s future? While no one knows for certain, there’s one thing we know for sure: tensions will rise between Linda and Shirley. Right before Linda and Mick left for Australia, Linda had her doubts about Shirley running the Queen Vic in their absence.

And seeing how headstrong she is, there’s a strong possibility that the two women will clash, and in more ways than one. Unfortunately, Mick will be nowhere near to help diffuse the tension between them. Of course, fans will have to tune in to find out what drama will come about next. EastEnders airs on the BBC in Britain.
