Iqra Ahmed (Priya Davra) and Habiba Ahmed’s (Rukku Nahar) future is looking bleak as their grandparents return to Walford unexpectedly.
Iqra and Habiba have been staying at their grandparents’ house ever since they arrived in Walford. Now that they are set to return, the siblings scramble to come up with an explanation as to why they are in town.
Viewers may recall that Habiba and Iqra were thrown into a spin. They received worrying news that their grandparents Mariam and Arshad are bound to return home. They they had no clue the girls were staying at their place.
EastEnders Spoilers – Keeping Their Whereabouts Hidden
Wanting to keep their whereabouts hidden, Habiba has asked Adam Bateman (Stephen Rahman-Hughes) to keep his silence. Adam updated the siblings and said Mariam and Arshad won’t be returning any time soon. The sibling’s relief won’t last long. They are bound to be caught off guard as their grandparents make an unannounced return to Walford.
Iqra and Habiba arrived in Walford in February 2019. They first appeared in Queen Vic where they instantly made some bad first impression.
As the story progressed, viewers of “EastEnders” eventually realized that the siblings were up to something. Habiba set off the fire alarm in the Queen Vic and while the area was being evacuated, she stole money from the tills.
EastEnders Spoilers – Avoiding An Arranged Marriage
The siblings also took over Walford East. It was also revealed that Iqra came to Walford as she tries to hide from her family because she doesn’t want to go through an arranged marriage.
Apart from Mariam and Arshad’s return, Mick Carter (Danny Dyer) is set to return from his travels. He reappears during Tina Carter’s (Luisa Bradshaw-White) birthday. His return will also shock Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) and the two share a serious conversation about their future.

While Mick’s return is going to be well-received, Max Branning’s (Jake Wood) comeback won’t. He comes home after Rainie Branning (Tanya Franks) discovers that he had an affair. Moreover, the Atkins Family will be moving to their new home while Lola Pearce (Danielle Harold) tries to befriend Habiba in an attempt to get more information out of her on the belief that Adam and Habiba are having an affair.
