Days of Our Lives Weekly Spoilers January 14 to 18: Xander and Sarah Get Steamy – Eli’s Romantic Surprise for Lani – Gabi and Stefan’s Battle

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers for the week of January 14-18 tease that we’ll see some hot romantic moments on the NBC soap. Several couples will bring the heat to a cold Salem winter. For starters, let’s talk about Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Abigail Deveraux (Kate Mansi). Things have been icy due to Chad’s betrayal and blind belief in Gabi Hernandez’s (Camila Banus) claims, but that’s about to change.

Abigail will be grateful for the Deveraux family dinner that Chad put together. He proved he knows Abigail’s heart and what really matters to her. That’ll be a nice start as they work toward a solid reunion. Chad and Abby will take some huge steps forward this week. “Days of Our Lives” spoilers say they’ll start with a kiss, but a steamy bedroom encounter won’t be too far off.

Lani Price (Sal Stowers) and Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) also have a big week ahead of them. Since it’s chilly outside, Eli will decide to warm up the night with a beach-themed surprise. His romantic efforts will go over quite well with Lani. She’ll think Eli’s an adorable goofball for trying to impress her. “Days” spoilers say they’ll make love once they’re done with their fake fun in the sun.

JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) will also get hot and heavy with Haley Chen (Thia Megia). He’s been trying to support her as a friend and nothing more, but DOOL fans knew that plan wouldn’t last. Haley and JJ’s passion will ignite this week, so their love story’s finally getting started.

It looks like Will Horton (Chandler Massey) and Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith) may squeeze in some romance, too. They’ll just have to be sneaky about it with Leo Starke (Greg Rikaart) around. Fortunately, Leo’s pretty distracted by Xander Cook (Paul Telfer). He recently made an indecent proposal, but Xander will be more interested in hooking up with Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey).

Sarah will be tipsy and battling complicated issues in her love life, so she’ll let loose with Xander. There’s no word yet on if they’ll actually seal the deal, but they’ll definitely get too close for comfort. You can bet Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) and Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) will be appalled!

Other “Days of Our Lives” spoilers say Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) will finally give Claire Brady (Olivia Rose Keegan) what she wants. They’ll share some sweltering kisses, so we’ll see how far these two go. Meanwhile, Stefan DiMera (Tyler Christopher) will go to war with Gabi over her company. Their chemistry will be undeniable during their faceoff, so some hate-driven sparks could end up flying.
