Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) is trying to respect Sarah Horton’s (Linsey Godfrey) wishes. He is staying away from Boston while Sarah and Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) are getting treatment for Mackenzie “Mickey” Horton’s (the May twins) cancer. However, for the holidays he surprises Sarah with a visit. How will the biological father react to this, especially after his ultimatum?

The CEO position at Titan and a place in the Kiriakis family. Plus, he also was beginning to make headway with Sarah and a romance was blooming. He also became a father figure to Mickey. Now it seems like he is losing everything.

After Eric discovered he was Mickey’s father, not Xander, he issued an ultimatum. He told Sarah that Xander had to stay away from his daughter. If she didn’t comply, then he would take her to court and pursue sole custody. Due to her keeping the paternity a secret for over a year, she feared a judge would side with Eric.

Even after Mickey’s cancer diagnosis, Eric still would not change his mind. However, Xander can’t stay away from the woman he loves or the child he loves like his own.

Even though it seems that Xander and Sarah cannot be together, it is hinted that they will find a way. During an interview with Soap Opera Digest a few weeks ago, Godfrey implied that “Xarah” were meant for each other. Will Eric back off and let Xander be a part of Sarah and Mickey’s lives? Or will he end up suing for custody and make it impossible for the couple to be together?
