Recently, Sarah discovered she is pregnant. The news came at a difficult time, when Eric found Nicole alive. Now that the resurrected Salemite is back in Salem, “Ericole” is together once again. However, this causes a dilemma for Sarah. Not wanting to come between the couple, she can’t bring herself to tell Eric about the baby.

This led to her plan an abortion, which is tied into Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) storyline. Later, Sarah will change her mind and decide to have the baby after all.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Nicole confronts Sarah.  She either suspects or finds out that the doctor is expecting a child. Knowing Eric and Sarah were together before her rescue, she concludes that the child could belong to the former priest. She asks Sarah if she is pregnant.

Fans are divided on what could happen once Eric and Nicole find out about Sarah’s baby. Some think that “Ericole” will get through this due to their love.
