Days Of Our Lives Spoilers Thursday, January 2: Steve’s Friends And Family Are Stunned – Kristen Wants Brady Back And Attacks Nicole – Gabi Is Stunned

Days of Our Lives spoilers tease for Wednesday, January 1 that although Wednesday, New Year’s Day, will be pre-empted for holiday programming, a brand new episode will air for Days of Our Lives fans on Thursday, January 2!

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Steve Johnson’s Friends And Family Are Stunned

Days of Our Lives picks up on Thursday, and as shown in the Days of Our Lives Weekly Preview, Steve Johnson’s (Stephen Nichols) friends and family are stunned, when at Julie’s Place during the New Year’s Eve Party, “Steve Johnson” shows up and announces he’s back.

Of course, Days of Our Lives viewers know that Steve is only himself outwardly, and inwardly he’s Stefano DiMera, the Phoenix having risen in a different manner this time around! Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) is particularly upset, and Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) will tear into “Steve”, while Dr. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and John Black (Drake Hogestyn) will wonder where their old friend has been, and why he has been so incommunicado!

Perhaps Kayla was right about the mystery Santa being Steve after all, but why in the world did he cut off all communication with family and friends for over a year and then just pop up out of nowhere? John knows as a former ISA agent himself that even if Steve had gone into a mission under dark cover he would have at least been able to give Kayla a heads up that she wouldn’t be hearing from him for a while! Something just doesn’t add up here!

DOOL Spoilers – Kristen DiMera Wants Brady Black Back

Meanwhile, outside Julie’s Place, Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) makes it quite clear to Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) that she wants him back, after spotting Brady and Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) in a romantic clinch! Nicole actually just pulled Brady into the kiss as a spur of the moment thing, and it’s not like it appears.

However, Kristen doesn’t know that, and she strips off her nun’s habit to reveal a slinky, low-cut red dress and tells Brady she didn’t take her vows and wants him back! After Kristen tells Brady she wants him back, he rejects her, and starts to walk away and Kristen tears into Nicole in a rage and attacks her! Brady quickly turns around when he hears Nicole screaming, and rushes back to intervene in the catfight!

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Gabi Hernandez DiMera Is Stunned

Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) is stunned to discover that Lani Price (Sal Stowers) is back in town, and Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) is a bit surprised too as they turn around to see Lani coming through a door, dressed in her nun’s habit, and approaching them in front of a room in the Salem Inn where they had been making out in the hallway. Eli thought that nun who threw the flowerpot through the storefront window of Gabi’s store in Horton Town Square looked and sounded like Lani, but he couldn’t be absolutely sure so he obviously had not said anything to Gabi about it yet!
