Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal Nicole Walker’s (Arianne Zucker) confrontation has left Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) rattled. She flat out lied to Nicole and now plans on leaving Salem. However, can Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) stop her? He might need to do some scheming in order to keep the pregnant doctor in town.

On Wednesday’s episode of DOOL, Nicole asked Sarah if she was pregnant. It was due to Sarah ordering a blood test checking for the pregnancy hormone. However, this specific test wasn’t for Sarah, but was done on Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk). Completely ignoring doctor/patient confidentiality, Sarah saves herself by revealing who the blood test was for.

At the same time, Sarah lied to Nicole by denying she was pregnant. This was the perfect opportunity for Sarah to reveal the truth. However, she didn’t take it and things are about to get a lot more complicated.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Eric Brady Overhears Their Conversation

While Nicole and Sarah were talking, Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) overheard only part of the conversation and assumed Sarah was pregnant. Nicole explained the topic was Kristen, but when Eric asked Sarah about a possible baby, she skirted around the question and said: “You have nothing to worry about from me.”

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Sarah plans on dealing with this situation by running away. Planning to leave Salem, she hopes that Eric and Nicole never find out about the baby. However, she will have a lot of questions to answer.

Won’t her mother, Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) eventually find out? How will she explain to the hospital that she has to suddenly quit? What about coming back for visits and reunions? She will have to tell people where the child came from.
