“Days of Our Lives” spoilers confirm that Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) is leaving Salem for a while. He gets a phone call from Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) and rushes to help her. But what about Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso)?

According to the latest issue of Soap Opera Digest, expect Rafe to say a temporary goodbye to Salem. He will get a surprise phone call from his ex, Sami. Not only do the two have a history of romance, but “Safe” slept together while “Rope” was on a break. This led to a lot of anger and resentment when Hope was informed about their night of passion.

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers don’t reveal what kind of issue would make Sami call Rafe for help. However, it is urgent enough that he decides to go and offer his noble assistance. But the question remains, will Hope to understand? Or could this create another strain in Rafe and Hope’s relationship?

Even though Rafe and Hope repaired their romance eventually, the police commissioner has not forgiven Sami. The two are family and for her to betray Hope like that was unbelievable. Interestingly enough, at the same time of the intimate indiscretion, Sami was trying to help Rafe with his broken relationship. Only time will tell what sends Rafe running to his ex and how Hope will react to the news.
