Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Sami And Lucas Arrive In Salem — Will’s Condition Gets Worse

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) and Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) will arrive in Salem on Wednesday, June 19, and start praying together for their son Will Horton’s (Chandler Massey) recovery.

Sami’s twin, Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) will probably join in if he’s around Salem University Hospital when they show up! Of course, many in the Brady family and Will and Sonny Kiriakis’ (Freddie Smith) friends will be praying!

It looks like many things will be going on in the Brady family on Wednesday; other Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Will goes into cardiac arrest and Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) injects him quickly with the untested antidote for the brain tumor that Rex and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) formulated from the resynthesized amnesia serum from Dr. Wilhelm Rolf’s (William Utay) diary provided them by Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer).

Rex injects Will before his condition worsens, probably figuring that if he’s going to die anyway from a heart attack that an untested serum won’t make any difference. As they work on him trying to start his heart back up, Will is the first one to know that Caroline Brady (Peggy McKay) has passed away in California, because in an out-of-body experience when he heads for the famous white light, Caroline comes out to meet him and sends him back, telling him it’s not his time; he tells his loved ones when he revives about Caroline, but no one believes it’s real because no one else has been notified of her death yet.

Then, elsewhere, Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) gets a call with the bad news about Caroline, and informs his sister Kayla Brady Johnson (Mary Beth Evans). It looks like those close to Will’s hospital room and in the chapel praying are the last to know, because Sami tells Will in Thursday’s episode about his great grandma passing and he already knows because he saw her and she told him to come back because it wasn’t his time and he had much more to do in his life!

Thursday will also be a Caroline-centric episode with family and friends gathering at Brady’s Pub to remember her. Based on what Caroline told Will in the between-life, the antidote must work on the brain tumor and Will and Sonny finally have a shot at a happily ever after!
