Abby dreams that Jordan (Chrishell Stause) is back to take Charlotte (Matilda Hanna and Chloe Teperman) again. Chad assures Abby that Jordan is in custody. Chad manages to calm Abby down, and they talk. Abby tells Chad she has her family back and is with the love of her life. Chad and Abby begin to kiss. Chad gets a text, and Abby asks him what is going on. Chad tells Abby that Stefan (Tyler Christopher) told the board he couldn’t make any deal because Chad wasn’t available to sign off on them.
Abby tells Chad to go to the board and tells them his side. Abby says Chad needs to do whatever he can to keep Stefan from getting control of the company. Chad says what if he doesn’t want to go to the board. Chad tells Abby that Jordan is in custody. Chad says Dimera has caused him nothing but trouble. Chad wants to leave Salem for a better life for their kids. Abby questions Chad about his idea of leaving Salem. Chad says he can run thing from Hong Kong; she doesn’t like that idea. Chad suggests Paris because Abby loves it. Chad wants to get a cottage in the country.
Chad realizes this is a hard choice for Abby and he understands if she doesn’t want to do this. Abby says it will be hard to leave her family and friends. Chad is thrilled that Abby has agreed to leave town. Abby tells Chad after the year she has had, she needs a change and agrees to leave town with him. Chad calls Mr. Chen, and he wants him in Paris tomorrow. Chad offers to go and let Abby and the kids meet him there. Abby tells Chad no, she’s ready to go now; she wants to do this together. Chad says they can tell everyone at the wedding. Abby asks what wedding, and Chad says he’s not leaving Salem without marrying her. Chad proposes to Abby.
Days of Our Lives’ Sonny (Freddie Smith) is staring at Will (Chandler Massey) and touches him to wake him up. Sonny tells Will how much he likes looking at him. Sonny offers to go for breakfast, but Will wants him to stay. Sonny and Will start to kiss. Sonny tells Will he remembers every time they ever kissed and every time they made love. Sonny said when he lost Will both times, he tortured himself with the memories. Sonny says every time he is with Will is like the first time again.
Will asks what if this is their last time together. Will says last night was so perfect and he doesn’t want to lose that again. Gabi (Camila Banus) calls Sonny and tells him she has Leo (Greg Rikaart) tied up. Sonny tells Gabi the truth about Leo’s allegations. Gabi tells Sonny that Leo is threatening to go to the police. Gabi wants to know how far Will and Sonny want to go to stop Leo. Will says he takes it that Leo isn’t happy with the events. Will thinks Leo is an opportunist. Sonny and Will decide this has to be dealt with now.
Will says they have to get rid of Leo once and for all. Will is determined to help get rid of Leo. Will and Sonny go home to confront Leo. Leo joins Will and Sonny who tell him he isn’t keeping them apart anymore. Leo agrees, Eli (Lamon Archey) and Lani (Sal Stowers) walk in, and Leo gives them the pictures saying they tried to kill him.
Days of Our Lives’ Leo awakens to find himself tied to his bed. Gabi questions him about a pillow she has created. Leo threatens to mess up Gabi’s face if she doesn’t turn him loose. Leo wants to know why Gabi has done this to him. Gabi tells Leo he is trying to hurt Sonny and Will and that put him on her shit list. Leo tells Gabi that Will and Sonny tried to kill him.
Leo says he was innocent, Gabi disagrees. Gabi knows he is using this to blackmail Sonny into a loveless marriage. Leo tells Gabi that he deserves compensation for his pain and suffering. Leo tells Gabi he has photos to prove what Will and Sonny did. Gabi walks out and leaves Leo tied to a bed. Leo continues to try to get loose. Gabi walks in with a pair of scissors, Leo starts screaming “not the family jewels, NO.” Gabi cuts Leo loose and leaves.

Days of Our Lives’ John (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena (Deidre Hall) are having breakfast, he thinks about his conversation with Diana (Judith Chapman). John starts to tell Marlena about Leo, but she gets a text to evaluate someone at the police station. Diana approaches John and asks if he told Marlena about Leo. John tells her no but he will as soon as Marlena returns.
Diana tells John he doesn’t want to do that. Diana tells John that Leo will be angry when the truth comes out and it’s hard to say what he would do. John asks what Diana means by that. Diana tells John that Leo has always had daddy issues and he could lash out at her or Will and Sonny. John refuses to keep this secret from Marlena and tells her so. John goes to speak to Roman (Josh Taylor) and tells him he is conflicted about telling Marlena about Leo. Roman suggests that Diana is trying to come between him and Marlena.
Days of Our Lives’ Lani comes to the police station and asks Leo how he is doing. Eli thinks the day can only get better, but Lani hands him a package and says it will make it worse. Lani has given Eli a vinyl record. Lani forgives Eli for not giving her a gift last night. Eli gives her tickets to the symphony. Marlena asks Eli if he thinks Jordan has had a psychotic break.
Eli wants Marlena to clear her so they can prosecute her. Marlena comes out of her meeting with Jordan to find Diana. Diana apologizes to Marlena. Marlena tells Diana she knows what she is hiding. Marlena tells Diana that John has told her about her and John’s relationship. Marlena starts to walk away, Diana tells her there is something she needs to know. Diana tells Marlena she has to tell her something about Leo.
