Abby (Kate Mansi) is holding Charlotte and thinking about her conversation with Kate. Chad comes downstairs the next morning, Abby arrives with Charlotte. Stefan watches Chad and Abby with Charlotte. Abby is surprised Stefan is living there. Stefan plans to win the battle for Dimera; Chad is just as determined to do the same. Stefan is glad Charlotte is there, she is his niece, and she has a special place in his heart. Abby tells Chad she’s leaving, as long as Stefan is there, she and Charlotte won’t be.
Abby asks Chad to have her car brought around. Stefan exits to go to the breakfast room. Chad tells Abby things will work out and asks her to be patient. Abby says she will trust Chad on one condition. Abby insists Chad see the kids at Jennifer’s until Stefan is out of the house. Abby and Gabi bump into each other in the square. Gabi tells Abby she hopes Chad wins. Stefan comes back into the room, and he and Chad argue over the company more.
Days of Our Lives’ Victor (John Aniston) calls Brady (Eric Martsolf) and tells him they need to talk first thing in the morning. Victor needs to see Brady at ten am sharp. Brady talks to Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) about Victor’s meeting. Chloe asks what Victor wants, but Brady doesn’t know. Chloe tells Brady that Victor has decided that he is the only one who can run Titan and wants him back.
Brady arrives to meet with Victor and demands to know why he is there. Victor wants Brady back at Titan as CEO. Victor tells Brady that Chad was a disaster. Brady asks if Xander lead Eve to Jack. Victor says he’s not going to cave to Xander. Victor wants Brady to run the company because he does it better than anyone. Brady gives Victor his terms, and he says he will have Justin draw up the contract.
Days of Our Lives’ Leo (Greg Rikaart) is on the bed, Xander (Paul Telfer) tries to get information out of him. Xander needs a drink first, they toast to business and pleasure. Xander asks how they do this, Leo says he will do all the heavy lifting. Leo wakes up looking for Xander; he’s nowhere around. Eric (Greg Vaughan) goes to Sarah’s (Linsey Godfrey) room looking for her and finds her in bed with Xander.
Days of Our Lives’ Rex (Kyle Lowder) goes after Sarah who wants nothing to do with him. Sarah is with Eric and wants to have sex. Eric tries to stop it before they do something they will regret. Eric gives in, and they move to the couch kissing. Rex arrives at Eric’s he’s been looking for Sarah all night. Rex is afraid something might have happened to Sarah. Eric tells Rex that Sarah was there last night. Eric told Rex about his conversation with Sarah last night. Rex says he regrets sleeping with Sarah’s sister; Eric doesn’t want to hear about it. Rex admits to being an idiot, but he didn’t hurt Sarah on purpose.
Rex tries to lay the blame on not believing he was good enough for Sarah. Rex didn’t want to bring it up with Sarah because of how she would take it. Rex wants to know how Sarah was when Eric talked to her; Eric asks if he needs a picture. Rex asks why he should tell Rex how Sarah was last night. Rex demands to know what Rex isn’t telling him. Eric remembers telling Sarah he couldn’t do this, what Rex did to her was wrong but so is sleeping with him.
Eric told Sarah she doesn’t need to sleep with someone who isn’t in love with her. Eric tells Rex that Sarah was in pain, he offered to make her coffee, and that wasn’t what she needed. Rex tells Eric he went to Victor’s and Sarah wasn’t there. Victor tells Brady he needs him to run Titan. Brady turns Victor down because he says he will take Titan away as soon as he straightens the company out. Victor tells Brady he is Titan’s only hope. Kate shows up; she’s upset that Rex hasn’t contacted her.
Days of Our Lives Gabi drops by Kate’s (Lauren Koslow); she welcomes Gabi as the newest pariah. Gabi wants Kate’s help to take down Stefan. Kate tells Gabi that Dimera offered to put her in charge, but she gave it to Chad. Gabi tells Kate that Stefan will go after everyone including her if he gets control of Dimera. Gabi thinks Stefan will come after Kate first, Kate tells Abby it will be her.
Gabi wants Kate to make sure the board doesn’t do anything stupid. Kate tells Abby she wants her to get her out of the mess she made. Gabi pushes Kate to make a call about the business because Chad offered to give her Gabi Chic back.
