Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Marlena Helps Ciara Visit Ben Without Victor’s Knowledge

Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Dr. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will help Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) visit Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) in Statesville Prison without Victor Kiriakis’ (John Aniston) knowledge in an upcoming episode of Days of Our Lives!

DOOL Spoilers: Victor Kiriakis And Xander Kiriakis Have Become Suspicious Of Ciara Brady

As Days of Our Lives viewers will recall, both Victor and Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) have become suspicious of Ciara Brady’s (Victoria Konefal) motives for taking the opportunity to join Titan’s Executive Training Program opportunity, when she had previously turned it down, and moving into the Kiriakis mansion.

Xander recently confronted her about his metal briefcase having been replaced, his not being able to open it now, and Victor confronted her about lying to him about continuing to be involved with Ben when he told her that he knew about all her visits to the prison! This presents a problem for Ciara being able to continue to find evidence to help Ben get exonerated. Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) helped by taking on Ben’s case, but he moved out of the mansion and in with Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) so he can’t help her either in that regard.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Kate Roberts Isn’t Will Horton’s Only Grandmother

Days of Our Lives viewers will recall that Will Horton (Chandler Massey) is Ben’s cellmate. Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) isn’t Will’s only grandmother; Marlena is his maternal grandmother. After being out of the country for so long, it’s inconceivable that Marlena won’t go to visit Will in prison! Ciara will have to stop visiting Ben because of being under Victor’s radar about it and of course she will have to tell Ben, which will upset Ben and he will talk about it to Will!

Marlena will know of the issues with Ciara having to stop visiting Ben through Will, and she will figure out a way for Ciara to still visit without Victor’s knowledge. When someone visits an inmate in a prison, several conditions have to be met; first, the visitor cannot have a criminal record – parking tickets don’t count, but that’s about it! Second, the visitor has to be on the inmate’s visiting list – meaning that the inmate has to want to see the visitor. Most prisons also have a dress code for visitors – especially female visitors visiting men.

Since there are sex offenders in prisons, women are required to dress extremely modestly and since they also have metal detectors, visitors have to follow all the instructions as if they were to board a plane to keep from setting the detectors off. All visitors have to sign a log with who they are, present identification, and who they are there to visit. These logs are what Victor would have been monitoring.

DOOL Spoilers: Dr. Marlena Evans Is Ben Weston’s Psychiatrist

Days of Our Lives viewers should recall that Marlena is Ben’s psychiatrist. Marlena can set up psychiatric wellness appointments with Ben in the infirmary area of the prison, and since seeing family and loved ones is an important part of a person’s well-being, Marlena can make Ciara a part of Ben’s therapy. Any medical records, even and especially psychiatric treatment, are protected under HIPAA law ( Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and even Victor Kiriakis can’t get past that. Every time Marlena has a wellness appointment set up with Ben, Ciara will be protected and the prison would be violating HIPAA if she signed the regular log.
