The same preview also shows Gabi sitting on the edge of her and her husband Stefan DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) bed, weeping inconsolably! Spoilers say that Gabi will soon receive some devastating news; could the two situations be connected?

DOOL Spoilers – Julie Williams Needs A Heart Transplant

As viewers know, Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) needs a heart transplant, and loved ones think that has been taken care of by Lucas Horton (Bryan Datillo) making the difficult decision to take his mother, Kate Roberts DiMera (Lauren Koslow) off life support, therefore making her heart available for his cousin Julie, who is too old to be put on the traditional transplant list.

However, other Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Kate may get a last minute reprieve when Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) shows up in her room; perhaps he has been working on a modification of his resurrection serum that will regenerate dead or dying organs, or his serum will do that anyway? Perhaps he has compassion on Kate, or maybe Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) sends him over to help Kate as part of her good deeds campaign; but whatever or however this happens, Kate gets a last minute miracle!

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – But If Kate DiMera Gets A Miracle, Where Does That Leave Julie Williams?

If Kate gets a miracle, where does that leave Julie? Dr. Kayla Johnson told Lucas and Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) that Julie didn’t have very much time left in a recent Days of Our Lives episode. Where will Julie get a heart, and more importantly, why doesn’t Rolf give Julie a shot? Maybe it’s because she’s not associated with the DiMera family! Yet, according to the Hayes’ Twitter account, Julie’s alive at least into April 2020! Julie must get a new heart, or maybe Rolf steps up anyway! But if not, she still needs a heart and there may be another available soon thanks to Lani’s deadly mistake!

DOOL Spoilers – Who Will Detective Lani Price Shoot By Mistake?

Now, Lani may not be totally at fault but with any officer-involved shooting, especially when the perpetrator the officer is after is not killed but another person is, there will be an internal affairs investigation. But what if Stefan is close by when Lani tries to shoot his mother and pushes her out of the way of the bullet, and he takes the bullet instead? It seems very plausible, considering how much he loves his mother and wants to protect her (and wishes he could control her).

With portrayer Brandon Barash leaving the canvas, at least for a little while since there are rumors that he is back on the set, and Gabi’s sobbing uncontrollably in the Fall Preview, perhaps it’s Stefan’s heart that saves Julie’s life, and Gabi chooses to donate it when Kayla tells someone that there is no neurological activity, which was also in the Fall Preview but the scene has yet to be shown. Gabi, feeling guilty about leaving Julie to die might very well donate Stefan’s heart if he is brain dead and is a donor match!
