“Lani is in such a dark place because she knows that she has caused such pain for Eli, and it’s destroyed her. She feels like the only thing that she can do is turn her life over to God, and that’s what Kristen [DiMera, Stacy Haiduk] is helping her to do.”

Eventually, Lani is going to open up to Kristen. While this may seem like the wrong person to confide in, Kristen and Lani actually have a strong connection. They are bonded not just by being heartbroken, but by both losing their newborn babies.

At some point, Lani will have to confront her pain and the past. That means others finding out what the DiMera widow has done. Perhaps Kristen can encourage Lani to expose Gabi for the evil she has done?
