Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Kayla Presses For The Truth – Will Steve Admit Who He Loves?

Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) will soon press “Steve Johnson” (Stephen Nichols) to tell her about the woman he loves in an upcoming episode of Days of Our Lives!

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – “Steve Johnson” Rejects Kayla Brady After She Follows Him And Confronts Him

As Days of Our Lives viewers already know, “Steve” isn’t himself with the exception of his physical body and his appearance. Stefano DiMera, with the help of Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) has been transferred into Steve’s body, possibly by means of a control chip in the brain containing Stefano’s memories and personality. This is how Stefano himself controlled Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) via satellite previously, with a control switch in a wristwatch, although Rolf put in an upgrade through implanting something in Hope’s neck a couple of years ago – accounting for the one year time jump – turning her once again into Princess Gina Von Amberg!

However, there is nothing in the storyline that has been revealed so far to indicate that Stefano has any of Steve’s personality or memories, so he’s just having to fake it till he makes it! However, after a serious confrontation by Kayla about how Steve treated her and his family, Stefano, as Steve, tells her that he didn’t return on account of her. This will lead Kayla to assume there’s another woman he’s become involved with and she wants to know all about her!

DOOL Spoilers – Stefano DiMera Only Has Eyes For His Dark Queen Of The Night

Longtime Days of Our Lives viewers will recall that Stefano DiMera has been obsessed with Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) for literally years, and it doesn’t look like it’s any different now! He had discussed his plan with Princess Gina, intending for her to break up John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena, and that he was supposed to have Marlena while Gina had John, calling John “the leftovers” or something similar. John had first come to Salem under Stefano’s control, being called “The Pawn” and at first having been thought to be the then presumed dead Roman Brady (Josh Taylor).

Stefano has brainwashed Marlena, kidnapped Marlena, and manipulated Marlena off and on ever since, until he dropped off the radar for a few years and just recently resurfaced, in Steve’s body, which he hates, but is making the best of it, considering the alternative – which according to Rolf, would have been death of the Phoenix with no hope of rising once more from the ashes!

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – “Steve Johnson” Will Tell Kayla Brady About His Woman In Veiled Terms, If At All

Stefano has to take extreme care not to reveal himself as Stefano, and will tell Kayla about “his woman” in very vague, veiled terms, if even at all! He might just tell her that it’s none of her business, they are divorced, and that she needs to focus on her new love Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) and stay out of his personal life!

Kayla wants to know about “Steve’s” new woman probably because she still has more feelings than she thought for Steve, and wants to know what this other woman has that she doesn’t, and he may just as well tell her, “Me” and send her on her way! If she wants to stay with Justin then she needs to get “Steve” out of her system, accept they are over and move on emotionally, because it won’t be fair to Justin if she doesn’t and cause problems between them! Will “Steve” be perceptive and kind enough to tell her that, or will she just get another cold response from Stefano in Steve’s body?
