Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Justin Gives Haley Bad News

Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) must be the bearer of bad news for Haley Chen (Thia Megia) this week on Days of Our Lives. It sounds like whatever legal steps Justin tried to take to forestall Haley’s deportation will have not worked.

He will have to disappoint her, and JJ Deveraux, (Casey Moss) who retained his uncle for Haley. Other Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that JJ will propose an engaging solution to Haley to solve her immigration problems, but she won’t go for it.

Haley is in a whole heap of legal trouble thanks to the machinations of Eve Donovan, (Kassie DePaiva) Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) and Claire Brady (Olivia Rose Keegan). Even though JJ is trying to help Haley, as far as she’s concerned, he’s the reason for her immigration troubles to begin with because he trusted his dad with her secret.

So even though she went along with Justin’s attempted legal help, she doesn’t need or want any more “help” from JJ. His help, other than when he saved her life, seems to always backfire!

Justin may have had a hard time getting a stay of deportation, because Haley may not fit the criteria needed to stay in the country. She doesn’t have a visa that has expired and needs renewing, or a pending visa, or a green card, or even a sponsor to help her achieve citizenship; and she’s not an exchange student.

She doesn’t have family in the United States that will claim her, help her, or vouch for her. She’s on her own, and since she doesn’t meet the criteria for the stay, she could be deported without even having a deportation hearing! That means time is of the essence to try to find a solution for Haley!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Will ICE Back-Up Buy Haley Some Time?

Even though she could be deported with no hearing, there are so many illegal immigrants in the United States that ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) may be overwhelmed and backed up, and that could buy Haley a little time.

After all, they requested local police, namely Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) and Lani Price (Sal Stowers) to do the arrest and detainment. There’s got to be a solution to poor Haley’s problems.
