Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: JJ Begins To Question Last Year’s Cabin Fire

Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) will start to have some questions about the fire that Jordan Ridgeway (Chrishell Hartley) supposedly started at the cabin last year.

That would be the first fire that Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) was in, when she broke her leg and Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) found her along the road and took her to the cabin for shelter and to set her leg.

As Days of Our Lives viewers already know, Claire Brady (Olivia Rose Keegan) was the real firebug. She narrowly missed being outed by Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) a few weeks ago when he found Ben Weston’s lighter in her jewelry box.

She made up a not so believable excuse that she had taken up smoking and then stopped. Tripp may not have been sure that was true, but chose to believe her anyway. After all, any non-smoker can smell cigarette smoke a mile away and Claire had never smelled like smoke.

If she had been smoking, the fumes would have been on her clothes and hair, unless she was stopping somewhere to wash and dry her hair and clothes after every smoke.

For some reason, JJ will start wondering about that fire and if Jordan really started it. JJ is a paramedic now, but he used to be a cop and something will happen that will cause his cop instincts to kick in. He will be concerned about the lighter, so obviously someone has told him about it.

It’s not likely to be Ciara, because if she had seen it she may have recognized it as Ben’s. Perhaps Haley Chen (Thia Megia) and Tripp have talked about it, and Tripp has nagging doubts about Claire’s story, and JJ hears about it from Haley.

As Days of Our Lives viewers no doubt have heard, Olivia Rose Keegan will be leaving Days of Our Lives and this is probably part of Claire’s exit story. JJ has both cop instincts and probably reporter instincts as well, so that means he will dig in to find the truth about the cabin fire.
