On “Days of Our Lives,” James Read is taking a short break from the show. The actor who reprised his role of Clyde Weston on November 19 will go off-screen during the week of December 2 as his character goes into solitary. But fans need not fret since they can catch him in an upcoming episode of “The Orville.”

Fans can expect a lot of action in the coming week of December 2. New challenges and opportunities will arise once “Princess Gina Von Amberg” aka Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) reaches out to “Stefano DiMera” aka Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) about his plans. The latter will struggle as he tries to pretend to be Steve.

Meanwhile, Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) will help Will Horton (Chandler Massey) behind bars. He’ll be in a rush to save Will’s life after Clyde Weston (James Read) sets his lethal plot in motion.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Eric Makes His Demands Known, Leaving Xander Upset

Meanwhile, Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) will drive a hard bargain with Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey). He will be willing to share custody with Sarah only if she ditches Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer). Eric will finally put his foot down after learning about the paternity deception. Now that he knows Mackenzie “Mickey” Horton isn’t Xander’s, he no longer has any reason to put up with him.

Xander will be left devastated once he learns about Eric’s demand. He’s already gotten close to Sarah and Mackenzie and the idea of losing them will upset him. Over at Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal), she’ll manage to open the metal box she stole from Xander.

DOOL Spoilers – Nicole Begs For Eric’s Forgiveness

Elsewhere, Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) will beg for Eric’s forgiveness while facing Xander’s wrath for dropping the baby bombshell. Xander will blame Nicole for ruining his life but the latter believes she did the right thing.

Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) wants to take control of DiMera Enterprises and finally, get revenge on Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus). His plan will take him to Rome but Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) will be there ready to launch a counterattack, per the instructions of Gabi.

Back in Salem, Viewers know that Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) is doing everything she can to survive. She goes all out by serving popular menu items at the pub, which would shock Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans).
