DOOL spoilers indicate tests are done on the tiara discovered at Princess Gina and Stefano DiMera’s (Stephen Nichols) hideout. What they find is that there are two sets of fingerprints. One of them belongs to a member of the Salem Police Department.

One of the fingerprints is none other than Hope Brady’s. The other set belongs to Steve “Patch” Johnson (Stephen Nichols), who thinks he’s Stefano DiMera. In order to protect her secret, Hope ends up deleting proof of Steve’s fingerprints. As for her own, she has something else planned due to Rafe’s nosiness.

Days of Our Lives spoilers confirm Hope decides the only way to handle Rafe is to fire him. Actor Galen Gering discussed the storyline in the latest issue of Soap Opera Digest. He revealed that when he informs Hope that her fingerprints were on the tiara, she explains it away by saying she touched and tainted evidence.

“This is even more out of character for Hope. She’s gone completely against police protocol. The whole thing is just so off.”

However, Princess Gina is underestimating Rafe. Just because he is fired doesn’t mean that he is going to shrug his shoulders and let “Hope” get away with it. He decides to get a little help figuring out what is really going on with her. That means calling in her son, Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) who just happens to remember Princess Gina.

It sounds like Princess Gina is close to being found out. What will happen with the character once Shawn comes to Salem and announces that she is not his mother? Fans will have to keep watching the NBC soap opera to see what happens next.
