Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Haley Chen (Thia Megia) will be rushed to the hospital this week on Days of Our Lives; did Tripp Dalton’s (Lucas Adams) tranquilizers only make things worse?

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – There’s A Reason Why Medical Professionals Say Not To Ever Take Another Person’s Prescription

There is a good reason why medical professionals stress so often never to take another person’s prescription medicine; medicines are formulated to work and prescribed by different criteria, among them age and weight.

You wouldn’t give a child an adult dose of medicine for instance, and Tripp is bigger and heavier than Haley; maybe the tranquilizers he got for himself but to give her are too strong for her, or maybe they weren’t working to help her with her post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms of seeing and dreaming Claire Brady (Olivia Rose Keegan) killing and trying to kill Haley and her loved ones; so she took more than she should!

She should know better, as a nurse, but Days of Our Lives viewers can certainly see why she might do that trying to get away from the frightening images of Claire!

DOOL Spoilers – Haley Chen Does Have A History Of Suicidal Tendencies, But This Is Probably Not What Happens Here

Haley does have a history of suicidal tendencies, but this is probably not what happens here. It’s doubtful that she would have intentionally overdosed because she has too much to want to live for, unlike the time that JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) found her unconscious and saved her life.

In this case, if she is rushed to the hospital because of an overdose, it would be an unintentional one. However, this may force her to tell JJ the truth about what she has been experiencing and force her into some real help, even though Tripp had experienced PTSD himself and tried to help Haley by going by his own experiences.

It would be better for all concerned if she got some professional help, although she may want to see someone other than Dr. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) considering Claire is her granddaughter – that could not only be a conflict of interest, but hard on Marlena personally seeing how damaged Haley is because of Claire!

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – It’s Also Possible That The Tranquilizers Don’t Agree With Haley Chen’s System And She Could Have Adverse Effects

Another reason one should never take another person’s prescription medicine, is that they could cause adverse effects; what one person is prescribed and helps that person could actually harm another person. Marlena’s penicillin allergy is a very good example of that; it may be that the tranquilizers that worked for Tripp may have adverse effects in Haley, some can even cause psychiatric side effects such as suicidal thoughts, and that is the last thing she needs!

They could affect her adversely in other ways as well, if she is allergic to something in them she may have a severe allergic reaction and that might be why she needs to be rushed to Salem University Hospital!
