Following Stefan being shot, doctors assess the victim and state that he is brain-dead. In a coma, Gabi has to make some tough decisions. At one point, Eli asks her to donate Stefan’s heart to Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes).

At first she refuses, then changes her mind. She will agree to it, but on one condition: that the family begs her for it.

Once Gabi finds out that Eli and Lani are happily planning their special occasion, she gets angry. Remember, she is still grieving and Lani is responsible for Stefan’s death. The detective didn’t know Stefan was going to jump in front of Vivian Alamain (Robin Strasser).

However, this doesn’t make things any easier for Gabi. She wants someone to pay for Stefan’s death and must feel that there isn’t going to be any justice.

It’s too soon to tell what will happen in the future. However, Gabi can get vindictive. She lost her husband and wants someone to pay the price. An investigation into the shooting will likely prove it was an accidental shooting.

Yes, Lani aimed to shoot Vivian, but only because she was going to fire the gun first. There was no way to predict that Stefan would leap out of the bushes and dive in front of his mother.

DOOL spoilers seem to suggest that Gabi might want Lani to suffer. Will she end up trying to destroy “Elani?” Fans will have to keep watching the NBC soap opera to find out.
