‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Eric Forced To Choose Between Sarah and Nicole; Who Will He choose?

Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan), with the return from the dead and to Salem of Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) will now be forced to choose between Nicole and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey), who he had just finally admitted his true feelings to!

As Days of Our Lives viewers can’t help but notice, even though Eric does have deep feelings for Sarah, he has also been still in the grief process over Nicole and still has deep feelings for her as well. A person loving someone who has passed away while loving someone who is alive is much different than loving two live people and being torn!


Loving someone who’s passed presents no competition except maybe in emotional attachment. That’s why ideally a widow, widower, or a person who has lost their lover to death shouldn’t jump into romantic relationships for a while. It’s not fair for the new love interest to have to compete with a ghost for someone’s feelings, although it is much more understandable and allowed than if someone lost a spouse or lover to divorce or breakup, and that baggage gets in the way of the new relationship!

Days of Our Lives viewers can only hope that Sarah doesn’t break things off with Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) as soon as she finds out Eric has feelings for her; she’s in for a big letdown if Eric chooses Nicole over her. Neither should she push through with the marriage to Rex if she doesn’t truly love him, that wouldn’t be fair to either of them. It’s best that Sarah tells Rex she needs some space and time to think, or takes some time away from Salem and tell him she wants to be sure how she feels and what she wants to do.

Other Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Eric may indeed ultimately choose Nicole over Sarah, although this will create a huge conflict for him as well. He won’t want to hurt Sarah, but it may be unavoidable. However, the kidnapping of little Holly Jonas (Scarlett and Harlow Mallory) will have to take center stage ahead of an “Ericole” reunion, and its aftermath will affect all the Salemites, but especially those close to the tiny tot.
