Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Alison Sweeney Talks About Sami’s Kids Being SORAS’d

In an interview, Alison Sweeney was asked what her reaction would be if her character’s children in Days Of Our Lives were to be SORAS’d. For those unfamiliar with the term, SORAS or Soap Opera Rapid Aging Syndrome involves accelerating the age of a character in TV or film.

Apart from Will, Sami has three other kids. She had twins Allie and Johnny in 2007, and Sydney in 2009. She said it would be amazing if her three little kids were SORAS’d in Days. She’s very thrilled with the idea.

“I think Johnny and Allie and Sydney have big places in Salem. They are each a part of important families on the show. In the end, you can see why DAYS did the stories [that brought them to life],” she told Soap Hub.

Spoilers revealed that one of her kids, Johnny is set to return to Salem. His character will be reprised by Griffin Kunitz, a role which he and his twin brother Aaron Kunitz, played between 2009 and 2014. The character left the screen after Sami Brady left town following EJ’s “death”. This time around, Griffin won’t be sharing the role anymore with his twin brother.

Back when he was still in Europe, Johnny has been a pain in Sami’s neck. She’s had her hands full. She’s been taking care of EJ and dealing with Allie’s drinking problem while Johnny spiral out of control. Sami brings in Rafe to help with Johnny and decides to take him to Italy. Hope disagrees with Rafe’s decision especially since still jealous of Sami after discovering that they had a one night stand.

Days of Our Lives viewers will see Johnny, a troubled teen that is full of rage, return to Salem with an agenda. The members of the DiMera clan seem to be getting smaller by the day. Chad and Abigail are set to leave the show as well as Stefan DiMera. Will Johnny’s return be enough of a hint that his two little siblings may return to Salem as well? After being SORAS’d of course!
