Days Of Our Lives Rumors: Could Leo Be Ted’s Son?

Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Leo Starke/Matthew Cooper (Greg Rikaart) could actually be Ted Laurent’s (Gilles Marini) son instead of either John Black’s (Drake Hogestyn) or Richard Cooper’s. Days of Our Lives history doesn’t go far back enough to see whether Diana Colville Cooper (Judith Chapman) and Ted could have been involved when Leo/Matthew would have been conceived, since Ted’s only been on the Days of Our Lives canvas since 2018.

However, he’s been known to tell a lie or two and pull off some schemes; the original sexual harassment lawsuit against Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith) is a notable example. Observant Days of Our Lives viewers who recall details would have caught him in possibly another lie, when Kate Roberts DiMera (Lauren Koslow) told Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) that it was she, not Stefan DiMera (Tyler Christopher) who exiled him to that island. Of course, Ted could have assumed wrongly it was Stefan, based on circumstances at the time.

Ted seems very honest and open, but Days of Our Lives viewers know he has lied and schemed and scammed in the past, and Kate admitted she’d been taken in and played by the slick con man lawyer. But doesn’t every lawyer have that ability if necessary? How else would they be able to convict or defend criminals if they can’t paint the right picture to go along with the evidence?

Days Of Our Lives – Are Ted, Leo And Diana In On Scheme Together?

Ted’s story has always been he lost his wife to cancer, but he mentioned a son one time too and so far, Ted and Diana haven’t been in a scene together. Ted has always been very involved in Leo’s scam. We can bank on Leo’s having murdered Richard Cooper, but who’s to say that Ted, Diana, and Leo aren’t all working together on this?

Ted could have made up the wife who died from cancer and used it as a story to gain sympathy from women he’s trying to play. Perhaps Diana and Ted were involved years ago. Could Ted have played Diana in the past or could she have played him?

Was Diana the wife who supposedly died from cancer, and scammed Ted? She could have sucked millions of dollars out of him for non-existent cancer treatments and gone off to die by herself, but didn’t.
