Days Of Our Lives Rumors: Carrie Returns With A Secret- Where Is Her Husband Austin? Are They Still Together?

Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Carrie Brady Reed (Christie Clark) will return to Salem with a secret, and it would seem without her husband Austin Reed (Austin Peck)! A Days of Our Lives summer promo recently released shows Carrie in a scene with Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) in a deep kiss; maybe she’s single again!

Longtime Days of Our Lives viewers will recall that the two were deeply involved a few years ago, and after deciding that it was best they went their separate ways, Carrie started feeling sick and it turned out she was pregnant; she left Salem with Austin and came back once in 2017 for a short time, but nothing was said of what happened with her pregnancy. Could Carrie’s secret be a child with Rafe?

The preview looks like a hot reunion for Rafe and Carrie, and Rafe is definitely single again, and it looks like Carrie must be too, since he wouldn’t think it right to get that involved with her again if she and Austin were still together.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Is Carrie Brady Back For Good, Or Is it To Duke It Out With Sami Brady?

But will this be a long term return for Carrie, or just long enough to duke it out with her rival Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) give Rafe a hot kiss to spite her, pay respects to family matriarch Caroline Brady (Peggy McKay) and go back to Switzerland, or will she be hanging around Salem and Rafe for a little longer this time? Days of Our Lives viewers would assume if Carrie’s got a secret, she’ll at least stay around long enough to confirm what it is and for any storyline surrounding it to play out!

Another factor to consider when thinking about Carrie and her return is that her mother, Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) is also expected to turn up sometime in July, which is not that far off, along with Andre DiMera – or is it Tony? (Thaao Penghlis).

The same summer promo shows him in a robe with “AD” on it so Days of Our Lives viewers can probably assume Andre. It’s also worth noting that Carrie is an attorney, and there are always need for those around Salem; Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) probably gets spread pretty thin once in a while, and other Days of Our Lives spoilers tease Ted Laurent (Gilles Marini) will disappear, thanks to Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk)!

It would be an ideal time for Rafe to find out he really does have a child of his own, and for Carrie and he to get together for the long term.
